    摘要： An apparatus for pumping and mixing plural components of differing viscosities having at least one hopper for accepting each component, each hopper having a hopper outlet; an auger secured within each hopper, the auger being designed to wipe the inside surface of its respective hopper during rotation; a piston pump plumbed to each hopper outlet, each piston pump being substantially identical and having a pump inlet and a pump outlet, and each piston pump designed to be joined by a coupling yoke, whereby components of differing viscosities can be pumped uniformly; and a static mixer. The static mixer has a mixer inlet and a mixer outlet, and is designed so that plural components of differing viscosities can be uniformly pumped and mixed.

    摘要： Treatment tools for the mechanical treatment of high-consistency fibrous material, and preferably for dispersing waste paper. The treatment tools are provided with teeth and are moved past one another with tight spacing so that the fibrous material disposed between treatment tool may be subjected to high shearing forces. Because of the intense loading of the teeth, the teeth may be arranged together in groups. The groups established according to at least two different, predetermined axial length gaps between each of the teeth of the treatment tools. As a result, a higher mechanical strength of the teeth is achieved and a large through flow area is offered for the material to be treated.

    摘要： This invention relates to a mixing vessel employed in the mixing and agitation of the slurry in the mineral and chemical processing. The mixing vessel of the present invention comprises a cylindrical vessel and one or more propellers rotatably disposed within said cylindrical vessel adjacent to the cylindrical wall wherein the axis of the rotation of said one or more propellers is substantially perpendicular to the central axis of said cylindrical vessel; whereby, the rotation of said one or more propellers generates the thrust substantially tangential to the cylindrical wall of said cylindrical vessel and, thus, creates a rotating motion of the slurry contained in said cylindrical vessel about the central axis of said cylindrical vessel for the mixing and agitation of the slurry. Said rotational mixing vessel provides an advantage in saving the energy consumption required by the mixing vessel as well as the power consumption by the aerating vessel.
