    摘要: An analysis method for use in a radiation imaging apparatus employing intensity information of interference fringes of radiation rays that have passed through a detected object includes the steps of generating first phase information of the detected object wrapped into a range of 2π from the intensity information of the interference fringes; generating information on an absorption intensity gradient of the detected object from the intensity information of the interference fringes; generating a weighting function on the basis of an absolute value of a gradient in the information on the absorption intensity gradient; and generating second phase information by unwrapping the first phase information by using the weighting function.

    摘要: A hologram observation method capable of accurately estimating a three-dimensional wave source distribution even when a wave source is close to a hologram observation plane. The hologram observation is performed according to a two-frequency hologram observation method to reconstruct a hologram image. A three-dimensional wave source position is obtained from the reconstructed hologram image, a virtual unit wave source is disposed at the obtained wave source position and an observed wave is synthesized. A hologram image obtained from the synthesized observed wave is reconstructed, and a wave source intensity obtained from the measured hologram image is divided by a wave source intensity at the hologram image obtained from the synthesized observed wave, thereby obtaining a true complex amplitude of the wave source. An area having an intensity more than a predetermined value in the hologram image which is obtained from the synthesized observation wave is excluded from a search range, and each of the foregoing steps is executed.

Using an interference device comprising in combination two scattering films A1 and A2 capable of scattering incident waves randomly, first lens systems B1 and B2 that are located between said two scattering films to form the image of one scattering film A1 on the other scattering film A2, a second lens system B3 for forming on an observation surface C the image of a specimen 2 located at a position where a component going straight through said one scattering film is converged in a spot form through said first lens system or a part thereof, and means for recording an interference pattern formed on the observation surface C, an interference pattern is detected while the specimen 2 is inserted in the arrangement, and an interference pattern is detected while the specimen 2 is removed from the arrangement, so that the difference between both the interference patterns, or the sum or product of them, can be found to observe the phase information of the specimen directly as interference fringes.

    摘要: A method for image reconstruction in a high-resolution electron microscope. The Fourier transform (29) of an electron hologram (28) is obtained which is composed of a central frequency domain CB=I.sub.hol,0 (G) and two sidebands SB+=I.sub.hol,+ (G) and SB-=I.sub.hol,- (G). The two sidebands represent the linear image information. By making use of the frequencies in the central frequency domain in the image reconstruction, a non-linear image reconstruction is performed having a resolution which is considerably higher than the achievable information limit in linear image reconstruction using only the sidebands.
