Abstract:
The invention relates to the adjusting and locking of the position of a guide rail for a movable window pane in a vehicle door. A device, a vehicle door equipped therewith and a tool provided for the adjusting and locking are disclosed. In the vehicle door, a first mounting plate mounted on the rail side and a second mounting plate mounted on the door side are provided, which are connected to one another by screw-fastenable mounting means. One of the mounting plates comprises an engaging element for an eccentric lever, which on rotation brings about a mutual translational displacement of the mounting plates in an adjusting (Y) direction.
Abstract:
A vehicle door driving apparatus includes a driving mechanism fixed to a vehicle door and including a motor and a drum rotationally driven by the motor. A rope member is wound around the drum and linked to the vehicle body, and rotation of the drum is transmitted to the vehicle body by the rope member to open and close the vehicle door. The driving mechanism includes: a first small-diameter gear linked to the rotary axis of the motor to rotate together with the rotary shaft of the motor; a transmission gear rotatable around the axis extending in the vehicle width direction; a sun gear rotatable around such axis; a ring gear disposed on the same axis as the sun gear; and a carrier having a planet gear engaging the sun gear and the ring gear, and linked to the drum so that the carrier rotates together with the drum.
Abstract:
A dual-axis hinge structure and electric device having the same are provided, and the dual-axis hinge structure includes a hinge base having a pushed portion, a first pivot portion having a first cam and a first shaft, a second pivot portion having a second cam and a second shaft, and a restoring member connected both the first pivot portion and the second pivot portion. The first shaft is pivoted on the hinge base, and the first cam is fixed on the first shaft, and the first cam is contacted with one lateral side of the pushed portion. The second shaft is parallel to the first shaft, and is pivoted on the hinge base, and the second cam is fixed on the second shaft, and the second cam is contacted with another lateral side of the pushed portion.
Abstract:
A hinge apparatus for a cover of an image forming apparatus has a hinge body with supporting brackets, movably inserted into a coupling hole positioned in a main body of the image forming apparatus, a hinge cam connected to the cover and pivotably connected to the supporting brackets, and a pressure device disposed at the hinge body to press the hinge cam. Accordingly, the hinge apparatus can be implemented with a simple and easy assembly operation, since it is not a complicated structural connection among the component parts of the hinge apparatus.
Abstract:
A hinge for a movable furniture part fastened to a body of a piece of furniture is proposed, the hinge having a first fastening part which is attachable to the body and which is connected pivotably via a joint mechanism to a second fastening part attachable to the movable furniture part, the joint mechanism comprising articulated levers mounted via axes of articulation. According to the invention, a further pivotably mounted lever is present, which, during a complete as-intended pivoting movement of the hinge, is temporarily coupled to a guide portion on the hinge, the further lever acting upon a damper arrangement of the hinge.
Abstract:
A vehicle door hinge assembly includes a first hinge supported to pivot about a first axis, a guide surface, a door located at a side of the vehicle, a bracket to which the door is secured, supported to pivot about the first axis and a second axis and including a follower engaged with the guild surface, and a strut secured to the bracket that extends as the bracket pivots toward an open position and retracts as the bracket pivots toward a closed position.
Abstract:
A furniture hinge with equipment includes a toggle-type hinge and a shock absorber. The latter is either a rotary (a first approach) or a line (a second approach) shock absorber. Irrespective of the approach, the shock absorber is arranged transversely to a major longitudinal axis of the toggle-type hinge and bound to a hinge pot.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electric door-locking system to be applied to at least one electric door body that is movable in a sliding manner, and includes forwardly and reversely rotatable screws disposed side by side along a direction in which the electric door body slides at the side of a door frame; a cam assembly provided at a predetermined position of the screws to perform a locking function and an unlocking function; and a sliding unit provided with a locking roller resiliently biased in a direction toward the cam assembly and engaging with the cam assembly to perform the locking function, one end of the sliding unit being rotatably connected to the screw and the other end of the sliding unit being connected to the electric door body.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hinge device for doors which are used in products, such as refrigerators, etc., to open and close them. In the hinge device, an upper operation unit is connected to a lower operation unit in such a way that a lower cam provided in the lower operation unit is interlocked with an upper cam provided in the upper operation unit by a single shaft, and that the lower cam and the upper cam are moved upwards and downwards in opposite directions.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hinge, preferably a furniture hinge, comprising a hinge arm which is pivotably supported on a joint axle which is non-displaceably held in a cup-shaped hinge part and which is provided with a tongue projecting beyond the joint axle or with a cam eccentric with respect to the joint axle or with a control edge which slide on a leaf spring whose one end region is held at the pivotable hinge part and which generates a closing torque in the closing region. In accordance with the invention, the leaf spring has at least two portions of different widths, with the at least one narrower portion of the leaf spring passing through a center recess of the hinge arm, with a tongue being cut from the lower edge of said recess. The at least one wider portion of the leaf spring is pressed against the base of the hinge cup by a transversely extending pin and thus fixedly held by a transversely extending pin.
