Abstract: A loss optimization control method for modular multilevel converters (MMCs) under fault-tolerant control is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: when a fault of a SM in a MMC occurs, bypassing the faulty SM to achieve fault-tolerant control; suppressing the fundamental circulating current using a fundamental circulating current controller; respectively calculating the loss of each SM in faulty arms and healthy arms by using loss expressions of different switching tubes in SMs of the MMC; aiming at the loss imbalance between the arms of the MMC, taking the loss of a healthy SM as the reference, adjusting the period of capacitor voltage sorting control in the faulty SMs, achieving the loss control over the working SMs in the faulty SMs, and finally achieving the loss balance of each SM in the faulty arms and the healthy arms. Compared with the conventional methods, the proposed method is easier to implement and does not increase the construction cost of MMCs.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a dynamic identification method of bridge scour based on health monitoring data, including: collecting an acceleration-time curve of a bridge foundation structure when vibrating: collecting the acceleration-time curve of each bridge foundation structure in a scour state by a health monitoring system when each bridge foundation structure vibrates; obtaining a warning control threshold of abnormal warning of a time-frequency change of a first-time scour bridge evaluation reference mode by calculation; identifying an abnormal segment in frequency segments of a scoured bridge to be identified; identifying an abnormal time-frequency sequence in the time-frequency abnormal segment: updating a warning control threshold of its own random fluctuation of time-frequency characteristics of a bridge scour reference mode after completing scour early warning of the abnormal sequence, so as to prepare for next anomaly identification and scour early warning. The present disclosure provides a method for dynamically identifying a foundation scour depth by performing dynamic characteristic analysis of a structural system, and the identification method can realize the technical features of long-term dynamic scour monitoring and early warning of underwater foundations.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a method for predicting a delay at multiple corners for a digital integrated circuit, which is applicable to the problem of timing signoff at multiple corners. In the aspect of feature engineering, a path delay relationship at adjacent corners is extracted by using a dilated convolutional neural network (Dilated CNN), and learning is performed by using a bi-directional long short-term memory model (Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory, BLSTM) to obtain topology information of a path. Finally, prediction results of a path delay at a plurality of corners are obtained by using an output of a multi-gate mixture-of-experts network model (Multi-gate Mixture-of-Experts, MMoE). Compared with a conventional machine learning method, the present invention can achieve prediction with higher precision through more effective feature engineering processing in a case of low simulation overheads, and is of great significance for timing signoff at multiple corners of a digital integrated circuit.

Abstract: An offloading method, of a satellite-to-ground edge computing task, assisted by a satellite and a high-altitude platform can offload a computing task of a ground user equipment (GUE) to a low earth-orbit satellite (LEO SAT), to meet a computing requirement of the GUE and to reduce latency and energy consumption. The method includes four main steps: 1. The GUE selects an associated high-altitude platform. 2. The GUE uses multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) transmission to offload the computing task to the high-altitude platform. 3. The high-altitude platform may also use the MIMO transmission to offload the computing task of the GUE to the LEO SAT. 4. The high-altitude platform and the LEO SAT cooperate to process the computing task of GUE, and reasonably allocate a computing resource to reduce energy consumption; and in MIMO edge computing, the GUE or the high-altitude platform uses the same time-domain and frequency-domain resource .

Abstract: The present invention discloses an ultra-low-power speech feature extraction circuit based on non-overlapping framing and serial fast Fourier transform (FFT), and belongs to the technical field of computation, calculation or counting. The circuit is oriented to the field of intelligence, and is integrally composed of a pre-process module, a windowing module, a Fourier transform module, a Mel filtering module, an adjacent frame merging module, a discrete cosine transform (DCT) module and other modules by optimizing the architecture of a Mel-frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) algorithm. Large-scale storage caused by framing is avoided in a non-overlapping framing mode, storage contained in the MFCC algorithm is further reduced, and the circuit area and the power consumption are greatly reduced. An FFT algorithm in the feature extraction circuit adopts a serial pipeline mode to process data, makes full use of the characteristics of serial inflow of audio data, and further reduces the storage area and operations of the circuit.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of electric power system, and more particularly to a topology of a series-connected MMC with a small number of modules, where the topology is composed of a three-phase bridge circuit, half-bridge valve strings, a three-phase filter inductor, and a three-phase grid frequency transformer. The topology of a series-connected MMC with a small number of modules in the present disclosure needs only two half-bridge valve strings, thus greatly reducing the number of the submodules as compared with the conventional MMC structure. When achieving the same high DC voltage output, the present disclosure can improve the power density of the MMC, realize stable three-phase AC output voltage, and further achieve balance of capacitor voltages in the two half-bridge valve strings. Compared to the conventional MMC topology, the topology in the present disclosure can reduce the number of submodules by nearly 2/3, and has a greater AC-DC voltage transfer ratio, thus reducing the cost of the MMC converter, reducing the device size, and improving the power density.

Abstract: Disclosed are a Type-II Autonomous Emergency Braking System (AEBS) test and evaluation device and method based on a BeiDou space-time reference, where the device includes three parts: a roadside-end information acquisition module, a vehicle-end information acquisition module, and an integrated information processing module. The roadside-end information acquisition module can acquire accurate message sending time by means of a BeiDou time service unit; the vehicle-end information acquisition module can acquire accurate time of receiving a roadside-end message, information acquired by a combined inertial navigation unit, and audio/vibration information acquired by a Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) embedded unit; and the integrated information processing module can implement accurate, quantitative test and evaluation of indexes such as a vehicle-road communication delay and warning signal sending time. The method of the present disclosure performs data analysis and processing based on a globally unified BeiDou space-time reference and by means of a Support Vector Machine (SVM)-based dynamic Hermite interpolation method, which has an accurate test and evaluation result. Further, the method does not have any requirements for a communication system of the type-II AEBS, thus achieving convenient testing and a wide range of application.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a control method of a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor by alternately performing sampling and control procedures, which belongs to the field of power generation, power transformation or power distribution technologies. Sampling instants, vector loading instants, and reference value tracking instants of two sets of windings alternate in two halves of a sampling period, and the equivalent sampling frequency of the motor drive system is doubled and the digital delay and the predictive horizon are halved without changing the sampling frequency of a single set of three-phase windings. In addition, by means of a two-layer MPC strategy, a deficient-rank problem is settled that the controlled dimensionality of the system is reduced to two dimensions but the motor control objective is still four dimensions caused by the method with controlling a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor by alternately performing sampling and control procedures. According to the control method of a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor by alternately performing sampling and control procedures provided in the present invention, the steady-state and dynamic control performance of a motor drive system for a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is effectively improved, and computation burden of the control algorithm is reduced.
