摘要: A titanium trichloride catalytic component obtained by separating it out of a solution consisting of titanium tetrachloride, an organic ether compound and an organo-aluminum compound dissolved in a solvent. The solvent is a mixture consisting of a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon and/or an alicyclic hydrocarbon with 20 to 70% by volume of a concomitant aromatic hydrocarbon halide included therein. The organo-aluminum compound, the titanium tetrachloride and the organic ether compound is added to this mixed solvent at a solvent temperature not exceeding 55.degree. C. Following this, the solvent temperature is raised up to a value between 45.degree. and 150.degree. C. over a period of 10 minutes to 24 hours with an organic ether compound and/or titanium tetrachloride further added during this temperature raising process to obtain thereby a titanium trichloride catalytic component having average particle diameter between 10 and 1000.mu. . Then homo- or co-polymerization of .alpha.-olefin is carried out by using a catalyst system comprising this catalytic component and an organo-aluminum compound.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for modeling a common-language speech recognition, by a computer, under the influence of multiple dialects and concerns a technical field of speech recognition by a computer. In this method, a triphone standard common-language model is first generated based on training data of standard common language, and first and second monophone dialectal-accented common-language models are based on development data of dialectal-accented common languages of first kind and second kind, respectively. Then a temporary merged model is obtained in a manner that the first dialectal-accented common-language model is merged into the standard common-language model according to a first confusion matrix obtained by recognizing the development data of first dialectal-accented common language using the standard common-language model. Finally, a recognition model is obtained in a manner that the second dialectal-accented common-language model is merged into the temporary merged model according to a second confusion matrix generated by recognizing the development data of second dialectal-accented common language by the temporary merged model. This method effectively enhances the operating efficiency and admittedly raises the recognition rate for the dialectal-accented common language. The recognition rate for the standard common language is also raised.

摘要: A liquid droplet ejecting apparatus includes an ejecting head configured to eject liquid droplets onto an ejected target element to form a of dots arranged at predetermined dot intervals in dot columns. The liquid droplet ejecting head has a flow passage unit including individual flow passages including a first individual flow passage and a second individual flow passage, at least one common liquid chamber in fluid communication with each individual flow passage; and a plurality of nozzles, including a first nozzle fluidly communicating with the first individual flow passage and a second nozzle fluidly communicating with the second flow passage. A control unit causes a liquid droplet to be ejected from the first nozzle, then moves the ejecting head less than the dot interval, then subsequently suspends the first nozzle from ejecting, and ejects a liquid droplet from the second nozzle.

摘要: A piezoelectric actuator, a cavity plate, a base plate, and a supply plate are common in normal specifications, black high-speed focused specifications, and color-image focused specifications, but other plates such as a manifold plate, a damper plate, a spacer plate, and a nozzle plate are produced according to these specifications. A center of a communicating hole which connects a pressure chamber and a nozzle is gradually shifted in a paper feeding direction, and a position at which the nozzle is formed is also shifted in the paper feeding direction. Accordingly, it is possible to decrease the number of manufacturing lines and to reduce the manufacturing cost as compared to those in a conventional method of manufacturing a liquid droplet jetting head.

摘要: An ink-jet head includes pressure chambers arranged in a row in a row-direction, and a manifold flow passage communicated with the pressure chambers and extending in the row-direction. An ink inflow port is formed at one end of the manifold flow passage. The manifold flow passage has a main portion, a connecting portion, and an extended portion which are arranged in this order from a side close to the ink inflow port. The manifold flow passage is communicated with the pressure chambers at the main portion. The main portion has a constant cross-sectional area greater than that of the connecting portion. A cross-sectional area of the extended portion is greater than that of the connecting portion. The pressure wave, generated in the pressure chamber and propagated to the manifold flow passage, can be efficiently attenuated by the manifold flow passage constructed as described above.
