摘要： The present invention relates to a plasma display apparatus, and more particularly, to a plasma display apparatus and driving method thereof, wherein a sustain waveform can be improved. According to the present invention, the plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel comprising a plurality of sustain electrode pairs wherein each of the sustain electrode pairs has a scan electrode and a sustain electrode, and a sustain waveform controller for controlling a rising time or a falling time of sustain waveforms supplied to at least one of the sustain electrode pairs according to a temperature of the plasma display panel. The sustain waveform controller controls a time corresponding to a time point at which a sustain discharge is generated, of the rising time and the falling time. The present invention improves a plasma display apparatus and driving method thereof. Accordingly, there is an effect in that erroneous discharge depending on a temperature of a plasma display panel can be prevented.

摘要： An apparatus and method for decoding digital stream data includes detecting a discontinuous period of digital stream data stored in a buffer, such that upon detection of the discontinuous period, a further operation includes decoding all currently stored portions of the digital stream data in the buffer using non-updated reference time information. The non-updated reference time information may be defined as the reference time information used for decoding the digital stream data prior to the discontinuous period. An additional operation includes decoding remaining portions of the digital stream data using updated reference time information.

In the LED, a light emitting structure has first and second conductivity type nitride semiconductor layers and an active layer interposed therebetween. Each of plurality of first and second electrodes has a bonding pad placed adjacent to a top corner of the light emitting structure and at least one electrode finger extended from the bonding pad. The first and second electrodes are connected to the first and second conductivity type nitride semiconductor layers, respectively. Also, bonding pads are arranged alternately along edges of the light emitting structure with different polarity, in a substantially symmetric configuration with respect to the center of the light emitting structure. In addition, each of electrode fingers is extended from a corresponding pad and bent at least once toward the center of the light emitting structure to adjoin the electrode finger having different polarity.
