    摘要: A surface shape recognition sensor includes a plurality of capacitive detection elements, a support electrode, and a protective film. The capacitive detection elements are formed from lower electrodes and a deformable plate-like upper electrode made of a metal. The lower electrodes are insulated and isolated from each other and stationarily laid out on a single plane of an interlevel dielectric formed on a semiconductor substrate. The upper electrode is laid out above the lower electrodes at a predetermined interval and has a plurality of opening portions. The support electrode is laid out around the lower electrodes while being insulated and isolated from the lower electrodes, and formed to be higher than the lower electrodes to support the upper electrode. The protective film is formed on the upper electrode to close the opening portions. The opening portions of the upper electrode are laid out in a region other than regions on a main part of the lower electrode and on the support electrode. A method of manufacturing the surface shape recognition sensor is also disclosed.

    摘要: A step zoom lens camera having a zoom lens and a cam ring provided with a cam groove having step portions. The zoom lens camera includes a focusing lens group which serves also as a variable power lens group of the zoom lens; and an adjusting lens group, serving also as another variable power lens group of the zoom lens, which is guided by the cam groove and is moved in the optical axis direction in a non-linear relationship with respect to the rotation angle of the cam ring in each focal length step. The step portions of the cam groove are each provided with a path which enables the adjusting lens group to move so as to provide a linear relationship between the rotation angle of the cam ring and amount of movement of the focal position of an infinite distance object.

    摘要: A zoom lens assembly has a rotatable cam ring having first helicoid threads and a cam groove, a front lens group held by a front lens group frame having second helicoid threads held in mesh with the first helicoid threads for moving the front lens groups along an axis of the rotatable cam ring, and a rear lens group held by a rear lens group frame having a cam follower engaging in the cam groove for moving the rear lens group along the axis relatively to the front lens group. A pair of diametrically opposite tension springs in the form of coil springs is coupled between the front and rear lens group frames for normally urging them toward each other thereby to remove backlash between the first and second helicoid threads and between the cam follower and the cam groove.

Disclosures are also directed to a molding die assembly including first split dies which are movable in radial directions to form the gear portions of the pinion, and second split dies which are movable in radial directions independently of the first split dies to form the shaft portions, and a molding method using the molding die assembly.

    摘要: Ignition operation is carried out by charging a capacitor (C1) of an ignition circuit (3) by means of an output of a positive half cycle of an exciter coil (104) and discharging charges in the capacitor (C1) through a thyristor (Th1). A transistor (Tr4) is turned on when a level of a detected value (Vb) of an output voltage of a negative half cycle of the exciter coil coincides with a level of a reference voltage (Vr), resulting in a reference signal being generated. Measuring of an ignition timing operated by a microcomputer (4) is started at a generation position of the reference signal, so that the ignition timing is measured, the thyristor (Th1) is fed with an ignition signal, leading to ignition operation. A generation position of the reference signal is rendered constant by varying a reference voltage (Vr) depending on an output voltage of the exciter coil and an output frequency thereof.
