    摘要: A smart antenna assembly includes a driving monopole element and an array of parasitic monopole elements arranged in an annular array around the driving monopole element, wherein the parasitic monopole elements are of bent or curved configuration, bending or curving towards the driving monopole element. Preferably, each parasitic monopole element has a portion thereof which is parallel or substantially parallel to the driving monopole element. The assembly provides a compact steerable antenna assembly.

    摘要: A method for preparing polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate is provided, which is carried out through the condensation of phenylcarbamate with a methylating reagent under the catalyzation of a phase transfer acid catalyst. The method comprises: dissolving phenylcarbamate in a water-immiscible organic solvent to form a solution A; formulating an aqueous acid catalyst solution to fibrin a solution B; forming a reaction system comprising an organic phase and an aqueous phase by firstly adding a methylating reagent to the solution B and then mixing the solution A and the solution B or by adding the methylating reagent at the same time of mixing the solution A and the solution B or after mixing the solution A and the solution B; reacting the reaction system under stirring at a reaction temperature of 30° C. to 200° C. and a reaction pressure of 0.05 MPa to 5 MPa; and separating a polymethylene polyphenyl polycarbamate product mixture by allowing the organic phase and the aqueous phase to stand still and stratify. The method can realize the high selectivity and yield of the product and is easy to separate the product.

The process includes providing a substrate, modifying the substrate by depositing a self-assembled monolayer of a bi-functional molecule on the substrate, wherein the monolayer is chosen such that one side of the bi-functional molecule binds to the substrate surface and the other side shows an independent affinity for binding to a nanocrystal surface, so as to form a modified substrate. The process further includes contacting the modified substrate with a solution containing nanocrystal colloids, forming a bound monolayer of nanocrystals on the substrate surface, depositing a polymer layer over the monolayer of nanocrystals to partially cover the monolayer of nanocrystals, so as to leave a layer of exposed nanocrystals, functionalizing the exposed nanocrystals, to form functionalized nanocrystals, and then releasing the functionalized nanocrystals from the substrate.
