    摘要: The present invention provides a polyurethane hydrogel prepared by crosslinking and curing a terminal isocyanate-containing polyurethane resin (C) in the presence of water at a water:resin (C) weight ratio of more than 9:1, the resin (C) being a reaction product of a polyisocyanate (A) and a liquid polyol (B), and the polyol (B) containing 70 wt. % or more of a random copolymer prepared by copolymerization of ethylene oxide (a) and propylene oxide (b) at an ethylene oxide (a): propylene oxide (b) weight ratio of 50:50 to 90:10. The present invention further provides a production process and use of the polyurethane hydrogel.

    摘要: The present invention relates a topcoating composition and a film-forming process by use of the topcoating composition, which are capable of forming a coated film having good weather resistance and good stain resistance. The present invention provides a topcoating composition prepared by incorporating a specified organosilicate and/or its condensate into a specified organic coating composition, a film formed from said topcoating composition being such that a surface of the film, which has been subjected to an acid treatment, shows a contact angle to water of 70.degree. or less; and a film-forming process which comprises coating said topcoating composition onto a substrate to form a film, followed by treating the surface of the film with an acid.

    摘要: This invention provides a thermosetting composition comprising (A) a compound (A-1) containing an epoxy group or groups and a reactive silicon group or groups as essential functional group components in the same molecule, or a mixture (A-2) of an epoxy group-containing compound and a reactive silicon group-containing compound, and (B) an organotin catalyst, a thermosetting composition comprising (A) a compound (A-3) containing (i) an epoxy group or groups, (ii) a reactive silicon group or groups and (iii) a hydroxyl group or groups and/or a carboxyl group or groups as essential functional group components in the same molecule, or a mixture (A-4) of at least two types of compounds, each compound containing at least one member selected from the class consisting of functional group components (i) to (iii), and all of the functional group components (i) to (iii) being present in said mixture, and (B) an organotin catalyst; and methods of forming a finish coat using these thermosetting compositions. The thermosetting compositions of the invention is excellent in storage stability, curable at low temperatures, and capable of producing cured products free of discoloration. The coating methods of the invention can form coating films superior in low-temperature curability, finished appearance, acid resistance, scratch resistance, and weatherability.

    摘要: The invention provides: 1) a dispersion-type resin composition including polymer particles insoluble in an organic solvent, the resin composition being prepared by polymerizing a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer in the organic solvent in the presence of a fluorine-type resin containing silane group and epoxy group; 2) a resin composition including polymer particles insoluble in an organic solvent, the resin composition being prepared by polymerizing a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer in the organic solvent in the presence of a dispersion stabilizer comprising at least one of a component (I) having silane group, and a component (II) having epoxy group, at least one of components (I) and (II) being a fluorine-containing resin; 3) a curable composition including one of the resin compositions 1) and 2) and a metal chelate compound; and 4) a coating composition including one of the curable composition and the resin compositions.
