    摘要: Disclosed is a composite adsorbent consisting of a molded body of homogeneous mixture comprising powdery active carbon and hydrous alumina of the pseudoboehmite type. This composite adsorbent has high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance. This composite adsorbent is excellent in the capacity of adsorbing organic components such as gasoline, and the desorption of the adsorbed components can be easily accomplished at a high desorption ratio. These excellent capacities are retained even if the adsorption-desorption cycle is repeated. Accordingly, this composite adsorbent is especially valuable as the adsorbent for an automobile canister.

    摘要: A phototransistor includes a first emitter region, a first base region having at least a portion exposed to a light-receiving side, and a first collector region in this order from the light-receiving side in a depth direction. The first collector region includes a second collector region and a third collector region that is in contact with a downstream side of the second collector region in the depth direction and has a resistance lower than that of the second collector region. The phototransistor further includes a first region that is spaced away from the first base region at an outer side of the first base region on a light-receiving side surface thereof, the first region having a conductivity type opposite to that of the first collector region.

    摘要: An electronic control device for controlling an electric actuator, including an air passage within a casing that is fixable to an actuator housing of the electric actuator. A circuit board is accommodated in the casing. A projecting portion is formed in the casing, on which a region of the circuit board in which the heat generating part is installed is seated. A vent hole extends through the casing to communicate to an outside of the casing. A communication hole extends through the casing to communicate to an inside of the actuator housing. The air passage allows air to flow between the vent hole and the communication hole when the electric actuator is driven in a state that the casing is fixed to the actuator housing.

The air cleaner directs, toward the second air inlet, an air flow farthest from the duct, out of the air flow drawn downward through the first air inlet.
