    摘要: The invention relates to a method for preparing silica modified by a silane coupling agent. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a kind of coupling agent sol solution by mixing the solvent, water, catalyst and coupling agent; uniformly dispersing silica into the sol solution by means of ultrasonic dispersion or shear dispersion to achieve a turbid solution with uniform dispersion and ideal particle size; and then stirring the turbid solution at a constant speed to make the coupling agent sol reacting with silica to prepare highly hydrophobic silica modified by the coupling agent through controlling the temperature and reaction time. The coupling agent sol solution is obtained by a sol-gel process and silica is uniformly dispersed in the coupling agent sol solution through combined action of various dynamic means to ensure the sufficient reaction between silica and coupling agent, thus to obtain silica modified by the coupling agent.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for providing an oscillating signal within a transmitter/receiver circuit is described. The transmitter/receiver circuit may include an oscillator that generates an oscillating signal that may be provided to a low power, low gain mixer of the transmitter/receiver circuit along a shorter circuit path that includes low power circuitry, such as low power buffers and low power frequency dividers. The oscillating signal may also be provided to a high power, high gain mixer along a longer circuit path that includes high power circuitry, such as high power buffers and high power frequency dividers. Specifically, the low power circuitry is adapted to consume less power in an ON state than the high power circuitry in an ON state, and the shorter circuit path has a shorter electrical path length than the longer circuit path.

    摘要: An overall lead-free X-ray shielding rubber compound material. The overall lead-free X-ray shielding rubber compound material uses rare earth mixture to replace lead, simultaneously adds metal tin and compounds thereof, metal tungsten and compounds thereof and bismuth and compounds thereof as shielding main materials and is further compounded with rubber to prepare the compound material which can realize the overall shielding and the complete lead-free property within the energy range of 40-170 kVp. When rare earth and bismuth materials are used, the way of combined use of two metal element inorganic compounds and unsaturated organic complexes is adopted, and the in-situ reaction and the compounding with a polymer matrix are carried out, thereby leading the shielding element disperse phase to form nano-micro-level dispersed particles.
