摘要: In a stamping device, a stamping stencil is produced and used which does not require manual application of ink to the stencil. Data concerning an image, which may include character, figure and/or symbol data, is input by a input unit, a thermal head generates heat on the basis of the data and transmits the heat to the thermal stencil paper disposed at the printing position. As a result, a corresponding pattern of pores is produced, by the heat of the thermal head, in the thermal stencil paper. Ink is supplied to the pores by an ink supply unit at an ink supplying position when pressure is applied to the back of the ink supply.

摘要: An end mill including multiple spiral flutes in a helical shape around an axis that are formed in a periphery of the top portion of an end mill body which rotates on the axis. Cutting edges are formed at peripheral side ridge portions of wall surfaces of the flutes facing a front side in an end mill rotating direction. Honing is applied along each peripheral cutting edge such that the cutting edge has a variable honing width in the direction of the axis.

摘要: The present invention provides a cleaning blade for an electrophotographic device, which, even when spherical (perfectly spherical or irregularly shaped), polymerized toner with a small particle diameter is used, can achieve sufficient abrasion resistance and sufficient cleaning ability (particularly cleaning ability under low-temperature and low-humidity conditions). The cleaning blade for an electrophotographic device includes an elastic rubber member; and a supporting member. The elastic rubber member has a double layer structure including an edge layer and a base layer. The edge layer is made of a material with a JIS-A hardness of 65° to 72° at 23° C. and a rebound resilience of 10 to 35%. The base layer is made of a material with a JIS-A hardness of 70° to 80° at 23° C. and a rebound resilience of 40 to 70%, the JIS-A hardness value being larger than the value of hardness of the edge layer.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide, in an FeRAM memory device fixed to a cell plate, a memory device in which RES_N (source line) of a reset transistor for resetting a storage node has a low resistance. A memory cell (101) includes a ferroelectric capacitance, a first MOS transistor for selecting the memory cell, and a second MOS transistor which is a reset transistor for resetting the storage node. Potential is supplied to RES_N (source line) (impurity activation region) of the second MOS transistor through the following two conductive layers: an impurity activation region which is a conductive layer below an upper electrode of the ferroelectric capacitance, and a bit-line formation wiring layer making up a bit line BL. This configuration makes it possible to supply potential to RES_N (source line) with a low resistance and perform a stable operation.
