摘要： A concrete leveler comprises rails that are laid on both sides of a poured concrete surface, a traveling beam that spans the rails and freely travels along them, a traveling unit that is mounted so as to be freely movable along the beam in a direction perpendicular with respect to the direction of travel of that beam, and a concrete leveler portion that is provided to the traveling unit, and wherein this concrete leveling portion has a screw that is axially mounted so as to be freely and rotationally driven between support legs of the traveling unit, and that crosses a direction of travel of the traveling unit.

摘要： An electric wire conductor for use in automobiles made by twisting together a plurality of strands. Each of the strands has a surface layer made of copper or a copper alloy and a core made of steel containing 0.05-0.85 percent of carbon and other elements such as Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb, V, B, Be, Al, or Ti and P, S and Cu. Each strand has a tensile strength of 80-160 kgf/mm.sup.2 before being twisted and a conductivity of 25% IACS or more. The conductor has a total sectional area of 0.05-0.30 mm.sup.2, a breaking load of more than 6 kgf, and an elongation at break not less than 2%.

摘要： A cathode ray tube having a face plate including a fluorescent screen formed on the inner surface of the face plate. A conventional metal backing layer backs up the fluorescent screen. The improvements of the present invention are involved with the composition of the fluorescent material composition which includes fluorescent particles and not less than 0.6 parts by weight of SiO.sub.2 per 100 parts by weight of fluorescent particles in that portion of the material which contacts the face plate, the amount of SiO.sub.2 being insufficient to cause the brightness of the fluorescent particles to deteriorate, and not more than 0.3 parts by weight of SiO.sub.2 per 100 parts by weight of fluorescent particles in that portion of the fluorescent material which faces the metal backing layer.

A solid-state image pickup device includes a pixel array, a plurality of common output lines receiving signals read out from a plurality of pixels, a transfer scanning unit sequentially driving the plurality of transfer transistors, a signal processing unit processing the signals output to the common signal lines, and a level shift unit making amplitude of a pulse supplied to a gate of the transfer transistor larger than amplitude of a pulse supplied to a gate of a transistor constituting the signal processing unit. The pixel array and the level shift unit are arranged on a first semiconductor substrate, whereas the plurality of common output lines and the signal processing unit are arranged on a second semiconductor substrate.

Each of the A/D conversion units includes an integration unit for integrating the constant current, a comparison unit for comparing the integrated constant current with the analog signal and outputting a comparison signal, and a digital signal storage unit for storing a digital signal corresponding to the comparison signal. The integration unit includes an input capacitor for receiving the constant current. The comparison unit is connected to the constant current supply unit via the input capacitor.
