    摘要: A TH terminal receives an analog control voltage VTH which indicates a rotational speed. With a first platform, a capacitor and a discharging resistor are connected in parallel between an OSC terminal and the ground. A charging resistor and a first switch are arranged in series between the OSC terminal and a reference voltage line via which a stabilized voltage is supplied. When an oscillator voltage VOSC that occurs at the OSC terminal reaches an upper-side threshold VH, a switching circuit turns off the first switch. When the oscillator voltage VOSC falls to a lower-side threshold value VL, the switching circuit turns on the first switch. The oscillator voltage VOSC is compared with the voltage at the TH terminal, so as to generate a pulse-modulated control pulse S3.

    摘要: A piezoelectric fan is provided that can effectively supply airflow to a subject to be cooled. The piezoelectric fan includes an air blower having a free end and a fixed end, and a planar piezoelectric element fixed to the air blower. The piezoelectric element causes vibration of the free end of the air blower. The air blower includes a first plate to which the piezoelectric element is fixed, and a second plate and a third plate which are orthogonal to the first plate and parallel to each other. In this structure, the free end of the air blower is H-shaped. The H-shaped blowing end of the air blower effectively prevents lateral airflow and improves the directivity of airflow.

    摘要: A fan assembly (10) includes a housing (20) with an air inlet (70), a fan inlet (60), and an air outlet (80). The fan assembly further includes an impeller (30) and a motor (40) configured to drive the impeller, the impeller having a plurality of circumferentially positioned spaced blades (34). An air-permeable guard (50) is positioned between the air inlet and the fan inlet to prevent users from touching the impeller (30), and is spaced a first distance (54) from the fan inlet (60), and a second distance from the air inlet (70) so that a filter (90) may be provided between the air inlet (70) and the air-permeable guard (50). Preferably, the first distance (54) is such so as to allow incoming air to at least partially rotate prior to entering the fan inlet. Preferably, the plurality of circumferentially positioned spaced blades (34) is positioned circumferentially around a domed center (32) of the impeller (30), the domed center (32) facing the fan inlet (60), and the domed center (32) co-rotates with the spaced blades (34).
