    摘要: A supercharged tube of the vehicle air intake structure includes a body including first and second channels radially provided on two side walls thereof respectively. The first and second channels communicate with each other, with the first and second channels serving to communicate with an air pipe system of a brake booster and an intake manifold individually. The body is axially provided with a third channel communicating with an exterior. The third channel receives a tubular member with two ends, with one end including a first filter and another end including a second filter. The first and second filters include first and second mesh layers formed on outer end surfaces thereof individually. The first and second mesh layers are axially mounted in plural first and second passages individually, with inner diameters of the first and second passages being gradually reduced from outside to inside of the first and second mesh layers.

    摘要: A hydrogen G-cycle rotary vane internal combustion engine has a sodium vapor chamber transferring excess combustion heat into combustion chambers. An active water cooling system captures heat from the engine housing stator, rotor, and sliding vanes and transfers it back into the combustion cycle by premixing it with hydrogen to reduce peak combustion temperature and with an early an late stage combustion chamber injection to help transfer heat from the sodium vapor chamber, to control chamber temperature, and to increase chamber vapor pressure. A combustion chamber sealing system includes axial seals between the rotor and the stator, vane face seals, and toggling split vane seals between the outer perimeters of the sliding vanes and the stator. Sliding vanes reciprocate laterally in and out of the rotor assisted by a vane belting system. A thermal barrier coating minimizes heat transfer and thermal deformation. Solid lubricants provide high temperature lubrication and durability.

    摘要: The device for injecting an additive comprises a removable flexible pouch forming a liquid additive reservoir connected to the fuel supply system of the engine via a quick-connect element to an additive feed line that supplies a dosing pump. The flexible pouch retracts whereby reducing its inside volume in order to compensate for the drop in pressure created inside as the additive is drawn out of the pouch. The flexible pouch is formed by two essentially oblong and rounded layers primarily made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), in particular, ester-based whose perimeters forming lips are welded to one another by a weld bead. The invention is for use in direction injection diesel engines.
