摘要： A sub tank is provided that includes a case at which an air flow path is formed, the air flow path including an entrance flow path portion that is connected to an ink accommodating portion of the case, and a cross flow path portion that continues from the entrance flow path portion. The cross flow path portion extends in an upper diagonal direction with respect to a reference plane corresponding to the ink liquid level at a standstill state. Another sub tank is provided that includes a case forming an ink accommodating portion, on which case a flexible film member is attached through bonding or welding to seal an opening of the ink accommodating portion and to form one side of the sub tank. A spring is disposed within the ink accommodating portion between the case and the flexible film member, the spring forcing the flexible film member outward.

摘要： A method and an apparatus of manufacturing an image displaying apparatus having an electron source substrate and a phosphor substrate. The electron source substrate is provided with an electron emitting element formed by covering with a container and by applying a voltage to an electronic conductor on the substrate. While, the phosphor substrate is provided with a phosphor thereon. The substrates are subjected to a getter processing and to a seal bonding process under a vacuum condition through a processing chamber, to complete an image forming apparatus. An improvement resides in miniaturizing and simplifying operation, and in greater manufacture speed and mass production.

摘要： An image recording method including: applying a pretreatment liquid on a surface of a recording material; and discharging a recording ink according to image signals to form an ink image on the pretreatment liquid on the surface of the recording material before the pretreatment liquid applied to the recording material has dried, wherein the recording ink includes a solvent and a component dispersed or dissolved in the solvent, wherein the pretreatment liquid includes a compound depressing at least one of the dispersibility and solubility of the component in the recording ink in an amount of 100 to 80% by weight based on total weight, and wherein the pretreatment liquid has a viscosity of from 10 to 10,000 mPa·s at 25° C.

摘要： A card connector includes a connector housing formed by supporting a basal end of a cover on a basal end of a base through a pin such that the cover can open and close with respect to the base. A card insertion port is formed in a free end of the cover, and an IC card can be inserted into the cover through the card insertion port. Then, the cover holding the IC card can be closed with respect to the base, so that external terminals of the IC cards are brought into contact, under pressure, with contacts formed on the base. The card connector also includes a lock bar extending in parallel to the card receiving port and resiliently held, in a locking direction, on the other end portion of the base such that the lock bar can be rotated in a locking direction and in an unlocking direction, the lock bar being brought into locking and unlocking relation with the free end of the cover to realize a locking and an unlocking state.

The p-ethylbenzenesulfonic acid may be used as the free acid, an alkali metal salt and an ammonium salt.
