    摘要: A photoresponsive liposome which comprises a compound represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is an alkyl group; R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5, which may be the same or different, are selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a substituted alkoxy group, a halogen atom and a hydrogen atom; R.sub.6 and R.sub.7, which may be the same or different, are an alkyl group or a hydrogen atom; n is an integer of 1 to 2; and X represents a hydrophilic group, a hydrophobic group or a combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, bonded through a connecting group, provided that any of these hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups has such properties that the compound represented by the general formula (I) becomes available as a component forming the membrane of liposome.

    摘要: A method of producing a dyed polysaccharide which comprises linking a dye, capable of linking to amino group or imino group, to a starch derivative having a glucose derivative unit shown in a general formula [I] as a partial structure of the starch derivative. ##STR1## In the formula [I], R represents an arylene group or an alkylene group, R.sub.1, represents hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and X and Y represent linking portions to other portions of the starch molecule, respectively.According to the method of the invention, dyed polysaccharides can readily be obtained by using a commercial reactive dye at room temperature under neutral conditions.

    摘要: A silver halide photographic material which comprises a support having coated thereon a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the photographic material contains a blocked photographic agent represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein A represents a photographic agent moiety which is bonded to a blocking moiety through a hetero atom, or a precursor thereof; R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent group; and Z represents atoms necessary to form a carboxylic ring or a heterocyclic ring. The blocked photographic agent is completely stable upon storage of the photographic material, and releases a photographic agent at a desired time upon processing of the photographic material. The blocked photographic agent also exhibits its function to a substantial degree over a wide range.

    摘要: A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material is described, comprising a support having thereon a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer having associated therewith a blocked photographic agent represented by formula (I) ##STR1## wherein A represents a photographically useful agent moiety, which may have a timing group; X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 each represents a carbonyl group, a sulfonyl group, or a sulfinyl group; Z represents an atomic group forming a 5-membered, 6-membered, or 7-membered ring; R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group, an acyl group, a sulfonyl group, or a heterocyclic group; R.sup.3 represents an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a heterocyclic group, an aryl group, or an aralkyl group; m represents 0, 1, or 2; n represents 0 or 1; and the total of m+n is 1, 2, or 3. The precursor of photographic agent is completely stable during the preservation of the photographic light-sensitive material and releases a photographically useful agent at a desired time during processing of the photographic light-sensitive material. The precursor can exhibit its function to a substantial degree under mild conditions, such as in a pH range of from 9 to 12.
