摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission having a transmission gear mechanism and a plurality of friction coupling elements which are selectively locked and unlocked with hydraulic oil to change power transmission paths to place the automatic transmission into desired available gears, a first one of the friction coupling elements having a locking pressure chamber and an unlocking pressure chamber and being locked when operating oil is supplied into only the locking pressure chamber and unlocking when operating oil is coincidentally supplied into the locking pressure chamber and the unlocking pressure chamber, and a second one of the friction coupling elements having a locking/unlocking pressure chamber in communication, with the unlocking pressure chamber of the first friction coupling element and being locked only when operation oil is supplied into the locking/unlocking pressure chamber. The control system includes a transition level control for controlling a pressure level of transitional pressure of operating oil increasing in pressure level while being supplied to the locking/unlocking pressure chamber of the second friction coupling element during a first specified gear shift with a first friction coupling element and the second friction coupling element are simultaneously unlocked and locked, respectively, and decreasing while being discharged from the locking/unlocking pressure chamber of the second friction coupling element during a second specific gear shift wherein the first friction coupling element and the second friction coupling element are simultaneously locked and unlocked, respectively, and a transitional duration control for controlling a duration time of the transitional pressure during any one of the first and second specific gear shifts.

摘要: A slide bearing which is preferably used in combination with a low-rigid aluminum alloy housing. The slide bearing has a high coefficient of thermal expansion so that it can satisfactorily follow up deformation of the housing, and the bearing also has an excellent heat radiation property. In the slide bearing, an overly bearing layer having a thickness of 3 to 50 .mu.m is provided on a copper alloy layer having a coefficient of thermal expansion of 15.times.10.sup.-6 /.degree.C. or more, a coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0.40 cal/cm sec .degree.C. or more and 0.2% proof stress of 295N/mm.sup.2 or more. As occasion demands, the slide bearing may be (1) provided with an intermediate layer between the copper alloy layer and the overlay bearing layer, or (2) flash-plated on an entirety surface of the bearing.

摘要: An apparatus for producing a variable configuration die by using a plurality of pins is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a pin storing device for storing the pins therein; a pin piling device in which the variable configuration die is to be produced; a robot device for transferring the pins from the pin storing device to the pin piling device for making up the variable configuration die; and a computer-aided control device for controlling the robot means in such a manner that the pins carried by the robot means are placed onto given positions of the pin piling device to cause the variable configuration die thus made of the piled pins in the pin piling device to have a layered structure. The variable configuration die thus made up has a recessed die surface which is defined by one ends of the piled pins.
