    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability report to a base station indicating a triggering offset. The base station may configure the UE with one or more channel state information (CSI) measurement resources and send downlink control information (DCI) that triggers an aperiodic CSI report for some of the CSI measurement resources. The UE may report CSI by measuring the CSI resources after the triggering offset. In some cases, CSI reporting related to the different codebook types (e. g., Type I, Type II) may be modified, where after identifying a type of codebook and determining which type of codebook to process (e. g., based on a number of CSI processing units), the UE may identify a priority associated with different CSI reports. The UE may be configured with various parameters that relax or modify the processing of Type II CSI reports.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a sounding reference signal (SRS) in multiple slots. A network entity may determine precoding weights in three domains based on the SRS and output reference signals that are precoded based on the precoding weights. The network entity may output control signaling that indicates reference signal resource grouping information that the UE is to use for channel estimations. The reference signal resource grouping information may specify whether the ports in one group are precoded with identical or different spatial, frequency, and time domain weights. A UE may receive the precoded reference signals and the grouping information and report estimated channel metrics and an indication of selected ports per group to the network entity. The network entity may determine precoding in three domains for subsequent downlink communications.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a downlink visible light communication (VLC) transmission. The UE may receive, from the base station, a downlink New Radio (NR) radio frequency (RF)-based communication (RFC) transmission, wherein a frame structure associated with the downlink VLC transmission is asynchronous with a frame structure associated with the downlink NR RFC transmission. The UE may transmit, to the base station via an uplink RF transmission based at least in part on a lack of support for an uplink VLC transmission at the UE, acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) feedback associated with one or more of the downlink VLC transmission or the downlink NR RFC transmission.     Abstract: The position of a target user equipment (UE) is determined using a set of Reference Signal Time Difference (RSTD) measurements that includes at least three RSTD measurements generated at different times by the target UE. Each RSTD measurement is produced based on positioning reference signals (PRS) transmitted by a stationary anchor entity and corresponding PRS transmitted by a moving mobile anchor entity. At least two anchor-to-anchor receive-transmit (RxTx) time difference measurements are generated by an anchor entity, wherein each anchor-to-anchor RxTx time difference measurement is associated with the RSTD measurements, and there are fewer anchor-to-anchor RxTx time difference measurements than RSTD measurements. The position estimate of the target UE is determined based on the set of RSTD measurements and the at least two anchor-to-anchor RxTx time difference measurements.
