    摘要: An inductance component is disclosed. This inductance component includes base made of insulating material, coil section buried in base, and external electrode terminals electrically coupled to the ends of coil section. Stress buffering section is provided on the exposed interface between base and external electrode terminals, and this stress buffering section can ease the stress produced by the difference in thermal coefficients due to temperature changes. The foregoing structure thus allows improving the reliability of the inductance component with respect to a thermal shock.

    摘要: A stern shape of a displacement-type marine vessel enables reduction of the hull resistance and prevents propeller cavitation. The displacement-type marine vessel which travels in a velocity range in which the Froude number is smaller than the last hump and the stern includes knuckle lines connecting knuckle points provided on the surface of the hull, from a starting point in front of a propeller to an end point behind the propeller. A portion of the stern located inside the knuckle line in the direction of the width of the hull has a dome shape with upward curvature, and the length of the portion which has the dome shape is set to 10% or more of the entire hull length or at least the diameter of the propeller.

    摘要: An increase of the via resistance resulted due to the presence of the altered layer that has been formed and grown after the formation of the via hole can be effectively prevented, thereby providing an improved reliability of the semiconductor device. A method includes: forming a TiN film on the semiconductor substrate; forming an interlayer insulating film on a surface of the TiN film; forming a resist film on a surface of the interlayer insulating film; etching the semiconductor substrate having the resist film formed thereon to form an opening, thereby partially exposing the TiN film; plasma-processing the exposed portion of the TiN film to remove an altered layer formed in the exposed portion of the TiN film; and stripping the resist film via a high temperature-plasma processing.

    摘要: A plasma display panel has plurality discharge cells disposed between a pair of opposing first and second substrates. Each of the discharge cells includes at least: at least one pair of electrodes for generating a discharge for display; a discharge gas; and a phosphor film for emitting visible light by being excited by ultraviolet light produced by the discharge of the discharge gas. Laminated members are dispersed in a plane within each of the discharge cells inside the first substrate from which visible light for display is emitted. Each of the laminated members includes a light absorption layer disposed on a side of the first substrate on which ambient light is incident and a light reflection layer disposed on a phosphor-film side of each of the laminated members.

    摘要: A connecting structure includes a circuit board with a first connection land having a plurality of conductor patterns on the surface thereof, a second connection land disposed in a position opposite to the first connection land of the circuit board, and a flexible board including an insulating layer formed so as to surround at least a part of outer periphery of the second connection land. The first connection land and the second connection land are bonded to each other with a bonding member, and the insulating layer is thicker than the total thickness of the second connection land and the first connection land. It is possible to obtain an electronic circuit connecting structure which is free from short-circuit due to running of the bonding member such as solder even with the connecting land greatly reduced in size, and its connecting method.
