摘要: The present invention provides an adamantane derivative (I) having a structure represented by the general formula (I); an adamantane derivative (II) having a structure represented by the general formula (II); and a process for producing those adamantane derivatives. An alcohol form of an adamantane compound is reacted with a sulfonyl compound to obtain the adamantane derivative (II), which is then reacted with an alcohol to obtain the adamantane derivative (I). The adamantane derivative (I) and adamantane derivative (II) each having the structure represented by the general formula (I) and general formula (II), respectively, is a novel adamantyl(meth)acrylate compound and useful as a monomer for functional resins such as a photosensitive resin in the field of photolithography.

摘要: A photosensitive resin printing plate precursor including: a photosensitive resin layer (A) containing a water-soluble or water-dispersible resin and an ultraviolet-curable monomer; and a water-insoluble heat-sensitive mask layer (C) containing an infrared-absorbing material, deposited in that order on a support is disclosed. By introducing a crosslinked structure or a hydrophobic constituent to the heat-sensitive mask layer (C) so as to be insoluble in water, a difference in polarity is produced between the layers (A) and (C) and, thus, mass transfer between the two layers can be prevented. Also, the scratch resistance of the heat-sensitive mask layer (C) can be dramatically enhanced and, thus, the printing plate precursor becomes easy to handle.

摘要: Independent power supply systems are provided for a peripheral circuit other than a column decoder, an array-relevant circuit, and a column decoder respectively, so that a peripheral power supply voltage, an array power supply voltage, and a column decoder power supply voltage generated independently of each other are supplied to the peripheral circuit, the array-relevant circuit, and the column decoder as an operating power supply voltage, respectively. Preferably, the column decoder power supply voltage during normal operation is set as an intermediate voltage between the peripheral power supply voltage and the array power supply voltage. Thus, an array configuration suitable for driving a transistor with a low voltage in order to achieve lower power consumption can be obtained.

摘要: In an electrostatic head, each of electrostatic actuators includes a diaphragm doubling as or including a first electrode forming a wall surface of a discharge room communicating with a nozzle discharging a drop, and a second electrode opposing the first electrode. The diaphragm is deformed by generating an electrostatic force between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrodes or the second electrodes of the electrostatic actuators are combined electrically. Differently polarized potentials are applied to the first electrode and the second electrode upon discharging the drop.

摘要: It is possible to blast air on a surface portion of a measured object from a hole of pressing means, project illumination light in a concentric pattern with an optical element and shoot the measured object with a CCD so as to visually grasp hardness distribution on the surface portion from distortion of the concentric pattern displayed on an observed image. As for the hardness distribution, it is possible to detect luminance distribution of a measured object image obtained by the CCD so as to display the concentric pattern which is the luminance distribution as a conspicuous representation of the hardness distribution. And the luminance distribution can also be represented in the concentric pattern by multiplying a luminance value by an overflowing coefficient.
