    摘要: A damper mechanism 4 has an input rotary body 2, a hub flange 6, a splined hub 3, a third friction washer 60, a bushing 70, and an output plate 90. The third friction washer 60 is non-rotatably mounted on the hub flange 6 with respect to the hub flange 6, and has a friction member that contacts the input rotary body 2 in the axial direction. The bushing 70 is axially disposed between the hub flange 6 and the third friction washer 60, and is mounted on the hub flange 6 and the third friction washer 60 to be incapable of rotation with respect to the third friction washer 60. The output plate 90 is disposed between the third friction washer 60 and the bushing 70 in the axial direction, and is supported by the splined hub 3 to be capable of rotating integrally with the splined hub 3.

    摘要: A silicon oxide film is formed to cover an island non-monocrystalline silicon region by plasma CVD using an organic silane having ethoxy groups (e.g., TEOS) and oxygen as raw materials, while hydrogen chloride or a chlorine-containing hydrocarbon (e.g., trichloroethylene) of a fluorine-containing gas is added to the plasma CVD atmosphere, preferably in an amount of from 0.01 to 1 mol % of the atmosphere so as to reduce the alkali elements from the silicon oxide film formed and to improve the reliability of the film. Prior to forming the silicon oxide film, the silicon region may be treated in a plasma atmosphere containing oxygen and hydrogen chloride or a chlorine-containing hydrocarbon. The silicon oxide film is obtained at low temperatures and this has high reliability usable as a gate-insulating film in a semiconductor device.

    摘要: In a crystal oscillator having a crystal blank, and an IC chip having integrated therein an oscillation circuit, the crystal blank has a first excitation electrode disposed on its first principal surface, and an extension electrode extended from the first excitation electrode to a peripheral region of the crystal blank, and folded back to the second principal surface. A first and a second crystal connection terminal are disposed on a first principal surface of the IC chip, and the second crystal connection terminal extends to a central region on the first principal surface of the IC chip to constitute a second excitation electrode. The extension electrode is secured to the first crystal connection terminal through a bump, such that the second principal surface of the crystal blank opposes the first principal surface of the IC chip, thereby holding the crystal blank in parallel with the first principal surface of the IC chip. The crystal blank is excited by the first and the second excitation electrodes.

The first flywheel 2 includes an inertia member 13, and a flexible plate 11 for connecting the inertia member 13 with the crankshaft 91. The flexible plate is flexibly deformable in the bending direction. The damper mechanism 4 includes an input-side disc-like plate 20 to which torque is input from the crankshaft 91, output plates 32 and 33 located rotatable relative to the input-side disc-like plate 20, and coil springs 34, 35, and 36 to be compressed in the rotational direction when both the plates rotate relative to each other. The first flywheel 2 can move relative to the damper mechanism 4 in the bending direction with a limited range.
