The restriction-lifting section lifts the restriction of the restricted configuration-wiring data. Then, a bit stream is generated based on the configuration-wiring data. The bit stream is encrypted in the encryption section and then decrypted in the decryption section. The decrypted data is written to the FPGA by the data writing section. A dongle stores permitted writing count information contracted with an IP vendor. A remaining writing count is calculated based on the writing count information every time the writing to the FPGA is performed. When the remaining writing count becomes zero, the functional restriction lifting and the decryption are prohibited, so that IP netlist cannot be written to the FPGA.

The second group of the three arms is composed of two vibration detecting side arms vibrating in an opposite phase and a nonvibration detecting side arm inserted between the two vibration detecting side arms. The excitation driving side arms are respectively provided with driving electrodes for exciting a tangential vibration therein. The vibration detecting side arms are respectively provided with detecting electrodes for detecting a vertical vibration. The main body prevents the tangential vibration from transitting from the excitation driving side arms to the vibration detecting side arms. The vertical vibration is generated in the excitation driving electrodes because of Coriolis force caused by an anglar velocity of the piezoelectric vibration gyroscope.

Each base station includes (a) a notification unit notifying the base stations of adjacent nodes of transmission timing information of the transmission signal of its own node, and (b) a correction unit receiving transmission timing information from the base stations of adjacent nodes indicating the timing of the transmission signals of the adjacent nodes, and correcting the timing of the transmission signal of its own node to minimize a difference between the timing of the transmission signal of its own node and the timing of the spatially filtered transmission signals received from the base stations of the adjacent nodes.
