    摘要: A scalable and ultrasensitive frequency-shift magnetic array scheme. The theoretical limit of the sensor noise floor is shown to be dominated by the phase noise of the sensing oscillators. To increase the sensitivity, a noise suppression technique, Correlated Double Counting (CDC), is described with no power overhead. As an implementation example, a 64-cell sensor array is designed in a standard 65 nm CMOS process. The CDC scheme achieves an additional 6 dB noise suppression. The magnetic sensing capability of the presented sensor is verified by detecting micron size magnetic particles with an SNR of 14.6 dB for a single bead and an effective dynamic range of at least 74.5 dB. Applications in biosensing are contemplated, among other possible uses. Measurement of electrical properties is also contemplated.

    摘要: A white-light organic electroluminescent material based on 8-hydroxyquinoline and the method for preparing the same, as well as an organic light emitting diode including this material. The material may be the compound represented by the Formula (IX) having a DCDC group, a 5-position substituted 8-hydroxyquinolinyl group and a carbazolyl group as red light-, green light- and blue-light emitting groups, respectively. It exhibits a spectrum having a band width of 182.4 nm that substantially covers the visible-light region, and has a color coordinate of (0.3177, 0.3946), which just locates within the white-light area. Such a material is capable of realizing a white-light emission, and may be used in a white-light OLED as a single light-emitting layer, which can decrease the number of layers of the white-light OLED and thereby improve the luminous efficiency, stabilize the light color, lower the turn-on voltage and simplify the fabrication process.

    摘要: A low cost high-efficiency all-digital transmitter using all-digital power amplifiers (“DPA”) and various mapping techniques to generate an output signal, which substantially reproduces a baseband signal at a carrier frequency. A baseband signal generator generates a baseband signal which is quantized by a signal processor using a quantization map. A DPA control mapper outputs control signals to phase selectors using the quantized signal and a quantization table. Each phase selector receives one of the control signals and outputs a waveform at a carrier frequency with a phase corresponding to the control signals, or an inactive signal. Each DPA in a DPA array has an assigned weight, receives one of the waveforms from the phase selectors, and outputs a power signal according to the weight of the DPA and the phase of the received waveform. The combined power signal substantially reproduces the baseband signal at the carrier frequency.

    摘要: A spring assembly for a communications jack including a plurality of jack contacts each electrically connectable to a corresponding plug contact of a communications plug. First and second jack contacts carry a first differential signal. Fifth and sixth jack contacts carry a second differential signal. The jack contacts carrying the first differential signal are adjacent a third jack contract and the jack contacts carrying the second differential signal are adjacent a fourth jack contract. For each jack contact, the assembly has a conductive spring member electrically connected to the jack contact that biases the jack contact against a corresponding plug contact. To reduce crosstalk, the spring members connected to the first and second jack contacts are each capacitively coupled to the fourth jack contact, and the spring members connected to the fifth and sixth jack contacts are each capacitively coupled to the third jack contact.
