    摘要: A cushioning net structure having an apparent density of 0.005-0.20 g/cm.sup.3, which comprises three-dimensional random loops bonded with one another, wherein the loops are formed by allowing continuous fibers of 300 denier or more mainly comprising a thermoplastic elastomer to bend to come in contact with one another in a molten state and to be heat-bonded at most contact points, and a method for producing the net structure. The structure of the invention can provide unstuffy cushions superior in heat resistance, durability and cushioning property. The cushioning structure is advantageous in that it can be easily recycled.

    摘要: An X-ray analyzing method includes the steps of applying an irradiated electron beam, converged by a condenser lens and an objective lens into a thin beam, to the inside of a fine hole existing on the surface of a sample; observing X-rays generated from a residual substance existing inside the fine hole; and performing a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the residual substance. The X-rays are observed by an X-ray detector installed in an internal space of the condenser lens, an internal space of the objective lens, or between the condenser lens and the objective lens, by detecting only the X-rays radiated within the angular range -.theta. to +.theta., where .theta. is an angle formed with a center axis of the electron beam, and so defined that tan .theta. is substantially equal to a/d, where a and d are the radius and the depth of the fine hole, respectively.

These polyprenyl compounds can be synthesized starting with a polyprenol obtainable from leaves of a plant such as Ginkgo biloba or Cedrus deodara by extraction and as necessary followed by hydrolysis, or a reactive derivative thereof. The polyprenyl compounds are useful as intermediates for the synthesis of dolichol without the use of an expensive C.sub.5 chain extender.

The protruding portion has one or more first protruding members and one or more second protruding members and defines a small allowance region and a large allowance region for the planar member. In the small allowance region, an amount of displacement of the planar member towards the chassis side is regulated at most to a first predetermined value by the one or more first protruding members. In the large allowance region, an amount of displacement of the planar member towards the chassis side is regulated at most to a second predetermined value larger than the first predetermined value by the one or more second protruding member.
