The sensor module includes: a first input connected to a first voltage sensor that generates a voltage signal corresponding to a voltage of the power supply; a second input connected to a first current sensor that generates a current signal corresponding to a current of the power supply; and a processor connected to the first and second inputs. The processor monitors the first and second inputs and, based on voltage measurements from the first input and current measurements from the second input, detects at least one of: (i) an unexpected variation of electric power from the power supply; and (ii) a mechanical malfunction. The processor is disposed within an electrical enclosure of the compressor, the electrical enclosure being configured to house electrical terminals for connecting the power supply to the electric motor.

The off-grid prime mover has a rotational driveshaft and operates in response to a throttle control command to control a rotation speed of the rotational driveshaft. An electric power generator is driven by the off-grid prime mover to generate AC power. A variable speed induction motor is directly powered by the electric power generator. A pump that may be submersible is driven by the at least one variable speed induction motor. A system controller that may be local or remote is programmed to generate the throttle control command in response to one or more pump operating characteristics such that the off-grid prime mover, the electric power generator, and the variable speed induction motor together operate to regulate a pressure at the inlet of the electric pump.

Further, the pump control unit is provided also with a signal correction circuit configured to convert a current flowing in the excitation coils to a voltage signal with using a shunt resistor and to divide the voltage signal with using a voltage division ratio setting circuit and to shorten an ON signal of the PWM signal by increasing the divided voltage. The voltage division ratio setting circuit has a characteristics of setting the divided voltage higher, the longer an ON period of the PWM signal.

    摘要: A self-priming diaphragm pump is connected to a circuit board which activates the self-priming diaphragm pump at predetermined intervals, e.g., for 1-3 seconds. When the self-priming diaphragm pump is activated, the circuit board senses the amperage draw from the pump's motor and either continues to run the pump or stops the pump depending on the different amperage levels read. If there is water present in the bilge, the motor is working harder, requiring more amperage and circuit board keeps the pump running. If there is no water present for the pump to draw, the amperage load is very low and the circuit board shuts the pump off, retesting it in the predetermined interval.
