摘要: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes, a header collecting tube connected to the flat tubes, and fins joined to the flat tubes. The header collecting tube includes a first partition member partitioning an internal space into upper and lower internal spaces, a second partition member partitioning the upper internal space into first and second spaces, an inflow port formed at a bottom part of the first space, an upper communicating passage, a lower communicating passage. A third partition member partitions the lower internal space into an ascension space and an inflow space. A lower communicating port allows refrigerant to pass from the inflow space to the ascension space. The lower communicating port and the refrigerant passages of the flat tubes that are connected to the lower internal space are arranged so as not to overlap each other as viewed along the longitudinal direction of the flat tubes.

摘要: Dehumidifying cooling apparatus and method are provided for an electronics rack. The apparatus includes an air-to-liquid heat exchanger disposed at an air inlet or outlet side of the rack and positioned for air passing through the electronics rack to pass across the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is in fluid communication with a coolant loop for passing coolant therethrough at a temperature below a dew point temperature of the air passing across the heat exchanger so that air passing across the heat exchanger is dehumidified and cooled. A condensate collector, disposed below the heat exchanger, collects liquid condensate from the dehumidifying of air passing through the electronics rack, wherein the heat exchanger includes a plurality of sloped surfaces configured to facilitate drainage of liquid condensate from the heat exchanger to the condensate collector.

摘要: The heat exchanger includes heat exchange units. Each of the heat exchange units includes a plurality of plate fins and a plurality of flat tubes. The plate fins are arranged spaced apart from one another at intervals so as to allow air to flow therebetween. The flat tubes each have an L shape by bending and inserted through the plate fins so that a refrigerant flows therethrough in a direction in which the plate fins are arranged. The heat exchange units are combined to each other so as to form a rectangular shape. Thus, heat exchange can be efficiently performed by increasing the mounting area.

A plurality of microchannel tubes are in fluid communication with and extend between the inlet header and the outlet header. The microchannel tubes define a first heat exchanger region and a second heat exchanger region between the inlet header and the outlet header. The first heat exchanger region has a plurality of fins defining a first fin density that is greater than a second fin density of the second heat exchanger region.

摘要: The heat exchanger (1) comprises: two header pipes (2),(3) arranged in parallel with an interval therebetween; a plurality of flat tubes (4) which are arranged between the header pipes and which place coolant paths (5) provided therein in communication with the interior of the header pipes; a plurality of fins (6) attached to the flat surface of each flat tube; and side sheets (10U), (10D) attached to an outside of the fins (6aU), (6aD), which are positioned farthest outward among the plurality of fins. The side sheet (10D) positioned in the bottom part of the heat exchanger (1) has a plurality of notches (11) formed at intervals from each other on the edge of the side where condensed water collects in the heat exchanger (1). The notches are each provided with a width sufficient for covering the interval pitch (P) of the fin by several pitch lengths.

摘要: Dehumidifying cooling apparatus and method are provided for an electronics rack. The apparatus includes an air-to-liquid heat exchanger disposed at an air inlet or outlet side of the rack, wherein air flows through the rack from the air inlet to the air outlet side. The heat exchanger is positioned for air passing through the electronics rack to pass across the heat exchanger, and is in fluid communication with a coolant loop for passing coolant therethrough at a temperature below a dew point temperature of the air passing across the heat exchanger so that air passing across the heat exchanger is dehumidified and cooled. A condensate collector, disposed below the heat exchanger, collects liquid condensate from the dehumidifying of air passing through the electronics rack, wherein the heat exchanger includes a plurality of sloped surfaces configured to facilitate drainage of liquid condensate from the heat exchanger to the condensate collector.

摘要: A water-cooling heat exchanger and a heat-dissipating device are mounted on a heat-generating element of a computer for rapidly guiding and dissipating the heat generated by the heat-generating element. A water-cooling head, a pump and a heat-dissipating fan are stacked up, and an annular heat exchanger is used to surround the above components, thereby to reduce the space of the whole construction to a lowest extent. With the heat-dissipating fan provided in the center of the annular heat exchanger, the airflow generated by the heat-dissipating fan can blow the heat exchanger in multiple directions, thereby to obtain the optimal effect of heat dissipation.
