    摘要: Radio frequency signal boosters for high frequency cellular communications are provided herein. In certain embodiments, a signal booster system for providing high frequency wireless signal reception of a 5G network inside a building is provided. The signal booster system includes a primary unit configured to communicate with cellular infrastructure (e.g., a base station) of the 5G network through a window of a first room of the building, and an auxiliary unit for extending coverage from the first room to a second room. The auxiliary unit includes a housing located in the first room and having a base station antenna and booster circuitry integrated therewith. The auxiliary unit further includes a mobile station antenna in the second room and connected to the housing by a short cable.

    摘要: This application proposes multi-beam antenna systems using spherical lens are proposed, with high isolation between antenna ports and compatible to 2×2, 4×4, 8×8 MIMO transceivers. Several compact multi-band multi-beam solutions (with wideband operation, 40% +, in each band) are achieved by creating dual-band radiators movable on the track around spherical lens and by placing of lower band radiators between spherical lenses. By using of secondary lens for high band radiators, coupling between low band and high band radiators is reduced. Beam tilt range and side lobe suppression are improved by special selection of phase shift and rotational angle of radiators. Resultantly, a wide beam tilt range (0-40 degree) is realized in proposed multi-beam antenna systems. Each beam can be individually tilted. Based on proposed single- and multi-lens antenna solutions, cell coverage improvements and stadium tribune coverage optimization are also achieved, together with interference reduction.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a board assembly used for a base station antenna and a base station antenna including such a board assembly. The board assembly includes a first circuit board (3) and a second circuit board (4), and the first circuit board and the second circuit board are spaced apart from each other. The first circuit board has a plurality of first electrical connectors, the second circuit board has a plurality of second electrical connectors, and the first electrical connectors and the second electrical connectors are electrically connected by a plurality of coaxial cable assemblies (5). Each coaxial cable assembly extends between the first circuit board and the second circuit board, and includes a coaxial cable, a first corresponding electrical connector matching the first electrical connector on a first end of the coaxial cable, and a second corresponding electrical connector matching the second electrical connector on a second end opposite to the first end on the coaxial cable. The board assembly can have stable electrical performance, especially radio frequency signal transmission performance.

    摘要: Base station antennas include a RET actuator, a plurality of phase shifters and a plurality of mechanical linkages, where each mechanical linkage is connected between the RET actuator and a respective one or more of the phase shifters. The RET actuator includes a rotary drive element movable in a first rotary direction and a second rotary direction. A first drive system is connected between the rotary drive element and the first mechanical linkage. The first drive system moves the first mechanical linkage in a first linear direction and a second linear direction when the rotary drive element is moved in the first rotary direction. A second drive system connected between the rotary drive element and the second mechanical linkage. The second drive system moves the second mechanical linkage in a third linear direction and a fourth linear direction when the rotary drive element is moved in the second rotary direction.
