摘要: The present disclosure provides a method and a manufacturing system for preparing adaptive steel-fiber-reinforced precast concrete members, the manufacturing system comprising: a discharging control mechanism, a mixing mechanism, a direction adjustment mechanism for steel fibers, and a 3D printing mechanism, all of which are set in sequence and connected to each other, and both the discharging control mechanism and the direction adjustment mechanism are connected to a same locator; the method comprising: S1: performing a microscopic numerical simulation, obtaining a distribution diagram, thereby constructing a model of the distribution of direction and number of the steel fibers; S2: calculating the mixing ratio, preparing a pre-mixed mortar, and weighing the steel fibers for subsequent use; S3: planning the printing path and comprehensively analyzing the printing path and the model; S4: sending information at each part of the printing path and controlling the distribution at each part of the printing path.

In the output step, the time information is output in a designated scale or a designated time zone.

In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a plurality of additively manufactured objects on a rotor, the plurality of additively manufactured objects having excess material thereon. The method can include removing the excess material from the plurality of additively manufactured objects by rotating the plurality of additively manufactured objects via the rotor. The method can further include applying energy to the plurality of additively manufactured objects to cure a portion of each additively manufactured object while the plurality of additively manufactured objects are on the rotor.

摘要: A light polymerizable composition for use in the additive manufacturing of medical devices may include a first photo-initiator and a second photo-initiator. The first photo-initiator activates to initiate curing of the composition when exposed to light of a first wavelength in an additive manufacturing device and the second photo-initiator limits the transmission of the light of the first wavelength that activates the first photo-initiator in the additive manufacturing device. The second photo-initiator is activated to further cure the composition when exposed to a light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength by activating the second photo-initiator to produce free radicals at a higher rate when exposed to the light of the second wavelength than when exposed to the light of the first wavelength.

摘要: An image processing component is trained to process 2D images of human body parts, in order to extract depth information about the human body parts captured therein. Image processing parameters are learned during the training from a training set of captured 3D training images, each 3D training image of a human body part and captured using 3D image capture equipment and comprising 2D image data and corresponding depth data, by: processing the 2D image data of each 3D training image according to the image processing parameters, so as to compute an image processing output for comparison with the corresponding depth data of that 3D image, and adapting the image processing parameters in order to match the image processing outputs to the corresponding depth data, thereby training the image processing component to extract depth information from 2D images of human body parts.

摘要: Methods and systems for generating a secure copy of content associated with a non-fungible token (NFT) are disclosed. The system will receive a print request to print digital content that is associated with an NFT, access a blockchain to identify a current owner of the NFT, and generate a print job that with instructions to print the NFT content. If and only if the current owner of the NFT is the requesting entity, the system will print a unique authentication code with the digital content. The system will cause a print engine to print the digital content on a substrate or as a 3D object. In some embodiments, the system may be included in a print device that includes the print engine. Other aspects include a system that verifies whether a printed copy of content is an authorized copy, using the unique authentication code and the NFT described above.
