Present embodiments provide a display apparatus including a substrate; a sealing substrate facing the substrate; a display unit between the substrate and the sealing substrate; a first sealing member between the substrate and the sealing substrate to be spaced apart from the display unit, so as to bond the substrate and the sealing substrate to each other; a second sealing member between the substrate and the sealing substrate to be spaced apart from the display unit and the first sealing member, so as to bond the substrate and the sealing substrate to each other; and a light pattern layer on a surface of the sealing substrate opposite to a surface facing the display unit, so as to adjust light intensity transmitted through the sealing substrate. The light pattern layer includes a first pattern corresponding to the first sealing member and a second pattern corresponding to the second sealing member.
Abstract:
A method of forming patterns of a semiconductor device may include forming a photoresist layer that includes a photo acid generator (PAG) and a photo base generator (PBG), generating an acid from the PAG in a first exposed portion of the photoresist layer by first-exposing the photoresist layer, and generating a base from the PBG in a second exposed portion of the photoresist layer by second-exposing a part of the first exposed portion and neutralizing the acid. The method may also include baking the photoresist layer after the first and second-exposing and deblocking the photoresist layer of the first exposed portion in which the acid is generated to form a deblocked photoresist layer, and forming a photoresist pattern by removing the deblocked photoresist layer by using a developer.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for operating a fuel supply system for a marine structure. The fuel supply system includes a BOG compression unit configured to receive and compress BOG generated in a storage tank, a reliquefaction apparatus configured to receive and liquefy the BOG compressed by the BOG compression unit, a high-pressure pump configured to compress the liquefied BOG generated by the reliquefaction apparatus, and a high-pressure gasifier configured to gasify the liquefied BOG compressed by the high-pressure pump. The fuel supply system includes a recondenser installed at an upstream side of the high-pressure pump, and the recondenser recondenses a portion or all of the generated BOG by using liquefied gas supplied from the storage tank. During a ballast voyage process, all of the BOG is supplied to and recondensed by the recondenser, and an operation of the reliquefaction apparatus is interrupted.

According to the traffic information detection method of the present invention, at least one loop coil on a road transmits a signal indicative of electric change induced in the loop coil by a vehicle, at least one loop detection device installed at the garden or escape zone of the road receives the signal transmitted from the loop coil and wirelessly transmits a signal indicative of whether or not a vehicle exists on a road, the velocity of and type of the vehicle, and a traffic signal controller wirelessly receives the signal transmitted from the loop detection device, thereby acquiring traffic information.
Abstract:
A memory system comprises a non-volatile memory device that stores user data and state information regarding the user data. In a read operation of the non-volatile memory device, a memory controller calculates a priori probabilities for the user data based on the state information, calculates a posteriori probabilities based on the a priori probabilities, and performs a soft-decision operation to determine values of the user data based on the a posteriori probabilities.
