摘要： The present invention relates to multipotent adult stem cells derived from canine umbilical cord blood, placental blood and blood sample from canine fetal heart, and a method for preparing the same as well as a cellular therapeutic agent containing the same, more specifically, to a multipotent adult stem cell isolated by culturing an eukaryotic cell derived from canine umbilical cord blood, placental blood and blood sample from canine fetal heart in a FBS-containing medium and a method for preparing the same. Adult stem cells according to the present invention are derived from canine umbilical cord blood, placental blood and blood sample from canine fetal heart. The adult stem cells have characteristics highly similar to human mesenchymal stem cells as well as remarkable cell growth at the initial step compared to human UCB-derived mesenchymal stem cells so that the cells are useful to treat canine incurable diseases and difficult-to-cure diseases. Furthermore, multipotent adult stem cells are effective to treat musculoskeletal diseases and neural diseases due to the ability to differentiate into osteogenic cells and neural cells.

The image transforming DMA unit includes an address generator and a data selector. The address generator appropriately modifies a frame start address, a burst transfer address, a line start address, of an image frame, based on the X, Y, or XY mirrored image mode. The data selector changes the sequences of words and of pixels in a word based upon the mirrored image mode. The data selector includes a plurality of pixel-sequence modifying multiplexers each for selecting between a word having an original pixel sequence stored in the buffer memory and a word having the reverse pixel sequence; and a word-sequence modifying multiplexer outputting the selected words in the original word sequence or in the reverse word sequence in response to outputs of a counter that increments or decrements based upon the mirrored image mode.

摘要： Disclosed herein are ammonia-specific 5′-XMP aminase mutants and a method for preparing the same. A mutation is introduced into the active site of glutamine-dependent catalysis in 5′-XMP aminase. The resulting 5′-XMP aminase mutant is devoid of the glutamine-dependent activity and specifically reacts with external ammonia in converting 5′-XMP into 5′-GMP. Thus, the ammonia-specific 5′-XMP aminase mutant is stabler within cells compared to the wild type, and can be useful in the industrial conversion of 5′-XMP into 5′-GMP.
