摘要: Permeable membrane porous substrate and a functional layer provided on the surface of and/or inside the porous substrate, the functional layer having a hydrogen permeation rate of 1×10−10 mol/s·m2·Pa or more, and satisfying at least one of the following properties (1) through (3): (1) Hydrogen is selectively caused to permeate preferentially to water vapor. (2) When a test tube containing ethylene glycol and sealed with the permeable membrane is placed in a 85° C. oven, the ethylene glycol decrease rate measured is 1×10−2 g/hour or less, per square centimeter (1 cm2) of the permeable membrane. (3) When a test tube containing 5% ammonium adipate ethylene glycol solution and sealed with the permeable membrane is placed in a 85° C. oven for 2 days, the acid quantity of the solution is 5×10−3 equivalent or less, per square centimeter of the permeable membrane.

摘要: A pulse signal generator includes a first delay device for delaying an input pulse signal and converting the input signal into a first intermediate signal. A power supply voltage detector detects a power supply voltage and outputs a signal representative thereof. A second delay device serves to delay the first intermediate signal and to convert the first intermediate signal into a second intermediate signal in response to the output signal from the power supply voltage detector. A logic OR operation is executed between the first and second intermediate signals, and an output signal is generated in response to the first and second intermediate signals. The output signal has a pulse width, which is greater than a pulse width of the input signal when the power supply voltage lies in a predetermined range.

摘要: This invention discloses an arithmetic processor which represents internal arithmetic operands as signed-digit numbers, each digit of which may have either positive, zero, or negative values and which executes addition of a plurality of numbers each of whose most significant digit is offset with respect to the other numbers. The arithmetic processor includes an adder tree which is so constituted that a pair of said plurality of numbers are added to obtain a partial sum and further pairs of partial sums are successively added to obtain a final sum of all numbers. The arithmetic processor further comprises first means for adding a portion of the two numbers where both digits are present, second means for causing a lower order portion where only one of the numbers has a digit present to directly become part of the sum, third means for retaining or outputting a carry created by the first means, and fourth means for adding the carry created in each add stage of the adder tree to the later add stages of the adder tree to obtain the sum.
