摘要： Disclosed is a positive electrode active material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery containing at least a lithium-transition metal composite oxide of a spinel structure, in which at least one kind of element which may become tetravalent exists on at least a surface of the lithium-transition metal composite oxide, and concentration of the element which may become tetravalent on the surface of the lithium-transition metal composite oxide is higher than concentration of the element which may become tetravalent inside the lithium-transition metal composite oxide. A use of this positive electrode active material can improve cycle characteristics and high rate characteristics without reducing the charge-discharge capacity of the lithium-transition metal composite oxide.

摘要： An electrophotographic printing apparatus comprises a paper-conveying device conveying a continuous paper sheet in a definite conveyance direction, a plurality of photoreceptors disposed downstream from the paper-conveying device at regular intervals in the conveyance direction of the continuous paper sheet, and one or more idler rollers that are disposed between the paper-conveying device and the most upstream photoreceptor and that rotate passively while contacting the continuous paper sheet wrapping around the rollers. The idler roller that the continuous paper sheet is in contact with at the largest wrap angle has a circumference that is equal to the whole or a fractional length of the interval between the axes of two adjacent photoreceptors.

摘要： The present invention is intended to miniaturize a circuit module including a pressure sensing element. In a circuit module of this embodiment, a laminated sheet to which a pressure sensing element and a circuit element are electrically connected is thinned and allowed to occupy as little space as possible. Thus, the entire circuit module is reduced in thickness and saving of space is realized. Moreover, noise caused by an electromagnetic wave, an electric field and the like is shut off by use of reinforcing plates. Thus, pressure information can be converted into accurate electric signals. Furthermore, noise to the outside from the circuit module of the present invention can be shut off.

The elastomeric layer 14 includes a base 20 and a plurality of micro-structured elements 22, each having a three-dimensionally projected shape, formed on the surface 20a of the base 20. Each of the plurality of micro-structured elements 22 on the elastomeric layer 14 is brought into frictional contact at a distal end thereof with the sheet medium and feed the same as the shaft member rotates.
