摘要: A mobile communication system hybridly allows, in a case where an access group consisting of one or more user equipments and one or more base stations is registered, the base station included in the access group to have access in a closed mode from the user equipment included in the same access group and access in an open mode from a user equipment that is not included in the same access group, wherein a communication area of the base station in the open mode is identical to a communication area of the base station in the closed mode. This eliminates a communication area in which the base station serving as an access destination differs between the user equipment in the closed mode and the user equipment in the open mode.

摘要: A wireless terminal device includes a transmitting circuit, an isolator, a band pass filter, a switch, a transmitting antenna, a receiving circuit, a band pass filter, a switch, a receiving antenna, a high-pass filter, a low-pass filter and an input/output port. A transmission wave of a frequency is conveyed from the transmitting circuit to the input/output port via the isolator, the band pass filter and the low pass filter, and further to a vehicle antenna. Here, the transmission wave in the direction towards the receiving circuit is blocked by the high-pass filter. On the other hand, a reception wave of a frequency is conveyed from the vehicle antenna to the input/output port, and to the receiving circuit via the high-pass filter and the band pass filter. Here, the reception wave in the direction towards the transmitting circuit is blocked by the low-pass filter. Thus, transmission and reception can simultaneously be performed via a single input/output port, so that the wireless terminal device of the invention is compatible with a general wireless terminal device which performs simultaneous transmission/reception by one transmitting/receiving share antenna.

摘要: In a cellular telephone having a receiving circuit of a direct conversion type using an even harmonic orthogonal mixer, high-pass filters for removing a DC offset component are arranged before and after a variable gain amplifier in a base band circuit. The DC offset component occurred in the even harmonic orthogonal mixer is always constant, and the DC offset component occurred in the variable gain amplifier frequently varies so that a cutoff frequency of the front high-pass filter is set to be lower than a cutoff frequency of the rear high-pass filter, and the frequencies are set to achieve a fast transition response.

摘要: In an amplifying feedback-type FET semiconductor element for use as a wide-band microwave amplifier in telecommunications system such as a radar, a monolithic IC feedback circuit is located between at least two parallel FET cells of an FET semiconductor element and also between gate and drain lead electrodes of the FET semiconductor element. The feedback circuit includes at least two connecting lines and at least one passive element and is connected to the two lead electrodes. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce the total length of said connecting lines to a minimum, thus guaranteeing a frequency characteristic showing a flat gain over a wide band.
