    摘要: An apparatus and method suitable for producing a polymer film, particularly a polyimide film, perform drying and heat treatment using a tenter type feeding apparatus that suppresses the problems of deformation of film in the vicinity of pore into which the pins bite and breakage of the pores to form long pores in the width direction. The apparatus includes a device to suppress deformation of the film in the vicinity of the tenter pins at the time point when the both ends of the film is pierced with the pins and cools the pin temperature to less than 180° C. at the time when the film is pierced with the pins. Individual pins can be arranged on the innermost side of the pin sheets so that they are all disposed at the same distance both in the film feeding direction in the individual pin sheets and between other pin sheets.

    摘要: A holographic recording apparatus includes first and second light sources for respectively generating first and second light beams. A mask is located in front of a hologram recording material and has an aperture. Interference fringes are recorded in a hologram cell on the hologram recording material corresponding to the aperture. A movement mechanism supports the hologram recording material masked by the mask and relatively moves the hologram recording material with respect to the mask in predetermined directions so that an interference pattern is formed in an area on the hologram recording material. A spatial frequency changing mechanism changes incident angles of the first and second light beams with respect to the mask.

    摘要: A rotary head drum unit for a recording/reproducing apparatus comprises a stationary upper drum provided at its lower end with a taper surface for biasing a magnetic tape downward, a stationary lower drum provided in its circumference with a helical tape lead or guide surface to guide the lower edge of a tape helically extended across the upper and lower drums, and rotary heads inserted between the upper and lower drums. At least a portion of the taper surface of the upper drum in a lead-out region near a position where the magnetic tape departs from the rotary head drum unit is a helical taper section extended helical substantially in parallel to the helical tape lead or guide surface of the lower drum. The taper surface having the helical taper section is able to bias the magnetic taper downward in the lead-out region so that the lower edge of the magnetic tape is guided securely by the helical tape guide surface of the lower drum and keeps the upper edge of the magnetic tape taut through the entire arc of contact of the magnetic tape with the rotary head drum unit, so that the magnetic tape is secured for stable running.
