摘要: An optical information recording and reproducing apparatus relating to the invention employs a two-beam interference method. In the optical information recording and reproducing apparatus, a moving device moves an information recording medium between a recording and reproducing position and a retracting position, and a mirror moves together with the information recording medium. When the information recording medium moves to the recording and reproducing position, the mirror moves to a position which is displaced from the at least one of the reference beam and the information beam. When the information recording medium moves to the retracting position, the mirror moves to a position where the mirror can reflect the at least one of the reference beam and the information beam toward a detector for detecting a deviation of the at least one of the reference beam and the information beam.

摘要: An object of this invention is to provide an exhaust gas treatment method and system for a cement burning facility which allows the handling property of collected powder dust to be improved and which enables smooth removal of hydrogen chloride that may result from burning of organic sludge. When part of exhaust gas in a lowermost part of a preheater 3 or a kiln inlet part 2 of a cement kiln 1 is extracted to obtain extracted gas, a cement material is dispersed, and the disperse amount of the cement material is adjusted so as to maintain the temperature of the extracted gas between 950° C. and 1,150° C. The extracted gas is cooled to at most the melting point of a chlorine compound. Then, solid-gas separation device 12 adjusts a classification particle size to between 15 μm and 30 μm. Dust trap 13 collects and removes fine powder dust with a particle size equal to or smaller than the classification particle size. Thus, the amount of fine powder dust collected by the dust trap is maintained between 50 g/m3N and 150 g/m3N, with the concentration of chlorine in the collected fine powder dust set to between 5% and 20%.

摘要: A spherical aberration correction decelerating lens corrects a spherical aberration occurring in an electron beam or an ion beam (hereinafter, referred to as “beam”) emitted from a predetermined object plane position with a certain divergence angle, and said spherical aberration correction decelerating lens comprises at least two electrodes, each of which is constituted of a surface of a solid of revolution whose central axis coincides with an optical axis and each of which receives an intentionally set voltage applied by an external power supply, wherein at least one of the electrodes includes one or more meshes (M) which has a concaved shape opposite to an object plane (P0) and which is constituted of a surface of a solid of revolution so that a central axis of the concaved shape coincides with the optical axis, and a voltage applied to each of the electrodes causes the beam to be decelerated and causes formation of a decelerating convergence field for correcting the spherical aberration occurring in the beam. This makes it possible to provide a spherical aberration correction decelerating lens which converges a beam, emitted from the sample and having high energy and a large divergence angle, onto an image plane.

摘要: A process for producing muscone by methyl addition to the 1,4-conjugation of 2-cyclopentadecenone. By the process, muscone is produced in high yield not under reaction condition including an extremely low temperature and a low concentration but under practical condition. The process comprises subjecting 2-cyclopentadecenone to a 1,4-conjugation addition reaction with an organometallic methylation reagent in the presence of a copper or nickel catalyst and an enol anion scavenger to obtain a 3-methyl-1-cyclopentadecene derivative represented by General Formula (II) and then solvolyzing the enol moiety of the 3-methyl-1-cyclopentadecene derivative to obtain muscone.
