    摘要: A display control apparatus includes at least one output control unit, and each output control unit comprises: a tri-state buffer receiving, as a signal input, a one-bit color signal, and receiving, as a control input, a one-bit intermediate color control signal for controlling an intermediate color of the color signal, and setting its output in one of the following three states: a state of outputting a first voltage, a state of outputting a second voltage, and a high impedance state, on the basis of the color signal and the intermediate color control signal; a first resistor having an end connected to a power supply, and the other end connected to the output of the tri-state buffer; and a second resistor having an end connected to the ground, and the other end connected to the output of the tri-state buffer. Therefore, it is possible to provide a display control apparatus that is able to perform intermediate color display, with reduced manufacturing cost and reduced power consumption.

    摘要: The present invention concerns clock source switchover between dual clock sources in the event of failure of any of them without affecting the clock output in the dual system, thereby preventing malfunctioning of processors therein. In the fault tolerant computer system of the invention, each of the plural processing units comprises a clock source, a clock selector, a clock stop detection unit, a clock phase adjusting unit, and a phase coincidence detection/operation suppression/resetting unit, whereby when switching over from a faulty clock source to a normal clock source in the event of clock failure, the clock phase adjusting unit ensures continuity in the output clock signals. The clock phase adjusting unit provided in the subsequent stage of the clock selector inserts the PLL circuit having an overdamping response characteristic obtained by lowering the gain of its loop filter.

    摘要: A data bus circuit includes a plurality of data buses, a plurality of data processing units connected to each of the data buses for performing transmission and reception of data in response to a transmission control signal, at least a termination resistor connected to termination of the plurality of data buses, the termination resistor including a first resistance circuit for suppressing reflection of signals on the plurality of data buses upon transmission and reception of data of the plurality of data processing units and a second resistance circuit having a resistance value larger than that of the first resistance circuit, an output control circuit for producing the transmission control signal as to whether the plurality of data processing units perform transmission and reception of data or not, and a changing-over circuit for changing over to connect the first resistance circuit to the data buses through which transmission and reception of data is performed when at least one of the plurality of data processing units performs transmission and reception of data in response to the transmission control signal and to connect the second resistance circuit to the data buses through which transmission and reception of data is not performed when any of the plurality of data processing units does not perform transmission and reception of data, whereby a current flowing in the termination resistor can be reduced when data is not transmitted on the data bus and the low power consumption of the data bus circuit can be attained.

    摘要: A rear projection screen has a viewer's side and a projection side on which the image of a source is projected so that the projected image is visible from the viewer's side through the screen. The rear projection screen has a lenticular lens formed on the viewing side and including a multiplicity of vertically extending lens units each being provided at its both sides with total reflection surfaces. The lenticular lens further includes in the troughs between adjacent lens units a multiplicity of refraction elements which diffuse the light in the vertical direction. The angular field of vision is increased in the horizontal direction by the vertical lens units and also in the vertical direction by the refraction elements.

The rear projection screen is provided with a lenticulated surface at least one the viewer's side thereof. The lenticulated surface is constituted by a plurality of lenticule units each having total reflection surfaces on both inclined flanks thereof and a plurality of curved surface portions between both inclined flanks. The arrangement is such that a part of the light rays impinging from the projection side of the screen are reflected by the total reflection surfaces and then pass through the curved surface portions of each lenticule unit. Another type of lens may be formed between each of the adjacent lenticule units.
