    摘要: An apparatus operating a hydrodynamic torque converter and a corresponding converter-bypass clutch of a transmission. The apparatus having a line system, a solenoid valve and a therewith coacting variable pressure controlling valve. A valve stem assembly respectively of the solenoid valve and the pressure control valve are controllable by subjection to a pilot pressure counter to a spring arrangement. A spent flow of the torque converter is, by way of a piston chamber of the converter-bypass clutch, which chamber is subjected to hydraulic fluid pressure of the spent flow of the torque converter, by means of an operational pressure aperture valve and a relief control aperture valve of the pressure control valve, connectable to a spent flow control aperture valve of the solenoid valve. By way of the piston chamber, this spent flow communicates with the hydraulic system through the spent flow control aperture valve of the solenoid valve.

    摘要: An apparatus for operating a hydrodynamic torque converter and a corresponding converter-bypass clutch of a transmission, having a solenoid valve communicating with a variable pressure control valve. The respective valve stem assembly thereof having surfaces which react to an application of hydraulic pressure. Each valve being controlled by a pilot pressure countering a spring arrangement. A spent fluid flow side of the torque converter communicates with a spent fluid flow aperture of the solenoid valve. The valve stem assembly related, to the solenoid valve is blocked by a supply aperture of the solenoid valve and is in operational connection with an auxiliary pressure control valve. A supply aperture of the variable pressure controller valve is connected with an operational pressure aperture of the pressure control valve, which, can be connected with a piston space of the converter-bypass clutch, which pressurized hydraulic fluid can be applied.

The system including several pressure control valves, actuated electrically by the transmission control device, and several switching valves and pressure regulation valves, actuated by hydraulic pilot pressure, which is adjustable with the pressure control valves. Each shift element is associated with one of the pressure control valve. An engagement prevention valve is actuated by one of a control pressure of the first shift element and a pressure signal equivalent to the control pressure of the first shift element to engage the reverse drive gear. A pressure supply line of the second shift element for obtaining the reversing gear is blocked when the engagement prevention valve is in its first switch position and open when the engagement prevention valve is in its second switch position.

The torque converter lockup clutch (2) is engaged when the supply pressure (p_WD_zu) of the torque converter (1) is lower than a predefined pressure level of the supply pressure (p_WK_zu) of the torque converter lockup clutch. A converter pressure valve (WDV) is provided for controlling the supply pressure (p_WD_zu) of the torque converter (1), and a converter coupling valve (WKV) for controlling the supply pressure (p_WK_zu) of the torque converter lockup clutch, where their valve slides (WDV_S, WKV_S) can be acted upon by at least one pre-control pressure (p_VS) and one system pressure (p_sys). When the torque converter lockup clutch (2) is disengaged, the valve slide (WKV_S) of the converter coupling valve (WKV) is acted upon in such a way on an active surface (15) by the reverse pressure (p_WD_ab) of the torque converter (1), and when the torque converter lockup clutch (2) is engaged, is acted upon in such a way on the active surface (15) by the reverse pressure (p_WK_zu) of the torque converter lockup clutch (2), that at least either the supply pressure (p_WD_zu) of the torque converter (1) or the supply pressure (p_WK_zu) of the torque converter lockup clutch (2) is higher than a predefined pressure level (p—0) over the entire operational area of the torque converter (1).

    摘要: A hydraulic system of a transmission, especially of an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, having several pressure circuits which can be loaded with hydraulic fluid from a pressure source and in relation to the supply of different areas of the transmission are differently prioritized. The pressure in the pressure circuits is adjustable according to a system valve and one of the pressure circuits comprises a cooling device for the hydraulic fluid and a lubrication circuit located downstream of the cooling device. Between the cooling device and the lubrication circuit is provided a bypass pipe lockable via a valve unit which can be controlled via the valve unit so that the hydraulic fluid flow rate to be passed via the cooling device can be adjusted without changing the hydraulic fluid flow rate to be fed to the lubrication circuit.
