摘要： It is the objective of the present invention to easily change between an image display application and the viewing of a program for a digital television, and to improve the usability of the television for operating an image display application. The display change list for a (channel) Up/Down key of a remote controller is dynamically altered so that, during the execution of an image display application, an application screen is displayed by using the Up/Down key. Further, when a memory card is loaded immediately after the television is powered on, a display application can be automatically activated. Furthermore, while a user is watching the television, the contents of a memory card is displayed on a small window in one part of the screen, and execution of the image application controlled by the user. In addition, no icons are displayed while an important program is on displaying. Moreover, since the same color and the same arrangement are used for the four function icons as are used for the four color keys on the remote controller, various processes can be performed for the image application.

The image display system is comprised of a TV apparatus that captures and reproduces images recorded by the plurality of image recording apparatuses and additional information added thereto and then displays each of the reproduced images. The TV apparatus detects the presence or absence of relevancy between the images recorded by the plurality of image recording apparatuses based on the additional information captured and reproduced from the plurality of image recording apparatuses, and then displays, on a display, a related image display screen that allows a viewer to recognize the detected related images.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for producing DLC film-coated plastic containers, which comprises an outer electrode unit disposed outside a plastic container, an inner electrode disposed inside the plastic container, a duct through which a raw material gas of a carbon source is fed into the plastic container having been degassed, and a high-frequency oscillator for applying a voltage between the outer electrode unit and the inner electrode with a carbon source gas being fed into the container, thereby to generate plasma to form a DLC film on the inner surface of the plastic container. In the apparatus, the outer electrode unit comprises a bottom electrode disposed along the bottom of the plastic container, and a body electrode disposed along the body of the plastic container, and the upper edge of the bottom electrode is positioned below the center between the top and the bottom of the plastic container. DLC films having good oxygen barrier properties, and DLC film-coated plastic containers suitable to oxygen-sensitive drinks and to sparkling drinks are produced by the use of the apparatus. Also disclosed is a method for producing a DLC film on the inner surface of a plastic container by the use of the apparatus.

摘要： A method of stabilizing pump current in a gas sensor through suppression of oscillations of the pump current which result from pulsations of measured gas is provided. The gas sensor includes an oxygen pump element, an oxygen concentration cell element and a measurement gap between the oxygen pump element and the oxygen concentration cell element, and is operative to control the pump current through the oxygen pump element so that an output voltage of the oxygen concentration cell element is constant in order that an oxygen concentration in the measurement gap is maintained constant and detect an oxygen concentration in the measured gas on the basis of the pump current. The method comprising adjusting an activity of electrodes of an oxygen pump element so as to change a responsiveness in control of the pump current and thereby reduce an amplitude of the oscillations of the pump current. There is also provided the above described type gas sensor wherein the activity of the electrodes of the oxygen pump element is adjusted so as to change a responsiveness in control of the pump current and thereby reduce the oscillations of the pump current.
