    摘要: In a process for producing a pin layer sequence on a perovskite of the type ABO.sub.3 which has AO layers, AO layers are converted such that a p-conductive B-oxide rich layer and, disposed therebetween an ABO.sub.3 layer with intrinsic conductivity are formed. Also, a perovskite of the type ABO.sub.3 with a layer sequence on the surface which includes an AO-enriched (ABO.sub.3)-layer, a B-oxide rich layer and disposed therebetween an ABO.sub.3 layer and an electronic building element comprising such a perovskite.

    摘要: In an analytic process using porous silicon, a substance is detected or its concentration in a fluid is determined based on the change in the optical property of porous silicon as a function of the refractive index of the substance present in the pores of the porous silicon, or of the fluid containing the substance. An analytic device for detecting a substance or for determining the concentration of a substance in a fluid with the use of porous silicon comprises a component at least partly consisting of porous silicon, the optical property of which is dependent upon the refractive index of the substance or of the fluid containing the substance, whereby a change in the optical property of the porous silicon is measurable to indicate detection of the substance or to determine the concentration of such substance in the pores of the porous silicon.

    摘要: The invention concerns a DNA fragment located in front of the malate synthase gene of a coryne-form bacterium and isolated from the latter. Any structural gene which codes for a protein can be inserted after this DNA fragment. After transformation of such a construct into a coryne-form bacterium, expression of the structural gene inserted after the DNA fragment is regulated. The invention also concerns a process for synthesizing any protein by culturing a transformed coryne-form bacterium. A bacterium of this type contains in replicable form a DNA fragment isolated from the malate synthase gene of a coryne-form bacterium, and after which the structural gene which codes for the protein to be synthesized is inserted. Since expression of the structural gene which codes for the protein to be synthesized is regulated by the DNA located in front of it, the structural gene is expressed and the desired protein synthesized as soon as a suitable inducing agent is added to the medium.

    摘要: A process and measuring device for determining the tissue-equivalent dose in radiotherapy. First, the radiation dose is measured according to the process at a site by at least two sensors i and j. The sensors are designed such that the associated measuring signals S.sub.i and S.sub.j display different energy dependency of the detection sensitivity to ionizing radiation, a dose-independent quotient Q.sub.ij =S.sub.i /S.sub.j being formed from this difference. The tissue-equivalent dose D is then calculated from this dose-independent value. The advantages of this process are that the sensor material does not have to be adapted to the tissue and can therefore be freely selected, and the tissue-equivalent dose is determined highly accurately. The measuring device comprises three parallel fiber-optic sensors disposed equidistant in a plane, the outer sensors being identical and differing from the central sensor by differing energy dependency of the detection sensitivity to ionizing radiation.
