摘要: A cylinder device includes a recess provided on either one of the piston and the cylinder, the recess facing the other one of the piston and the cylinder; an extension-side discharge passage configured to permit only a flow of liquid from the extension-side chamber toward the recess; a compression-side discharge passage configured to permit only a flow of liquid from the compression-side chamber toward the recess; a tank-side discharge passage configured to allow the extension-side discharge passage and the compression-side discharge passage to communicate with the tank through the recess; an extension-side damping force generation passage configured to apply a resistance to a flow of liquid passing therethrough so as to exert a damping force during extension; and a compression-side damping force generation passage configured to apply a resistance to a flow of liquid passing therethrough so as to exert a damping force during contraction.

摘要: An axle assembly can include a housing defining a reservoir and cylindrical bore open thereto. A clutch can selectively transmit torque between input and output members. A first inlet/outlet of a pump can be in fluid communication with the reservoir and define first threads coaxial with the cylindrical bore. The pump can be configured to pump fluid from the first inlet/outlet to an actuator of the clutch via a second inlet/outlet. The filter can include a base, port, and filter element. The port can define second threads that threadably engage the first threads. The base can be fixedly coupled to the port and include a cylindrical wall coaxial with the second threads. A seal member can form a seal between the cylindrical wall and the cylindrical bore when the first and second threads are engaged. The filter element can be disposed between the reservoir and the first inlet/outlet.

摘要: A material handling machine can be operated in a bucket shake control mode to override proportional control of a valve controlling fluid flow to and from a bucket tilt cylinder of the machine. Fluid flow through the valve upon actuation of a tilt controller such a joystick therefore is proportional to actuator stroke when the shake control system is deactivated and is always maximized regardless of actuator stroke when the shake control system is activated. Bucket shake control is activated through the manual operation of a control device such as a joystick-mounted switch. As a result of this arrangement, proportional control valve actuation always occurs immediately upon bucket tilt controller movement in a direction that is dependent upon a direction of bucket tilt controller movement from the neutral position thereof

摘要: This present invention relates to a remote electro-hydraulic actuator for actuating of mechanical devices, such as a valve in an internal combustion exhaust pipe. The actuator includes a multi-vane rotational assembly that flows the working fluid through strategically sized flow channels within the structure of the rotational assembly. The size of the holes are sized to help the stability of the valve and can also be provided with pressure check valves or reed valves to dampen the rotation of the valve and reduce any instabilities due to pulsations driven back via the output shaft.

The actuator includes an electrically controlled pilot valve communicating a first control pressure to the first inlet valve body via a first control pressure channel and communicating a second control pressure to the outlet valve body via a second control pressure channel. The pilot valve places itself in either a resting state or an active state.

摘要: To reduce the cost by reducing the number of parts and simplify the control of regeneration in the hydraulic actuator even though the meter-in control and the meter-out control can be performed separately while the supply and the discharge of hydraulic fluid is controlled. A meter-in valve that controls supply flow from a hydraulic pump into a hydraulic cylinder is provided, and meter-out switching valve that switches the direction of supply and discharge of the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder and controls the discharge flow from the hydraulic cylinder to the oil tank is installed on the down stream side of the meter-in valve, and further, a regeneration control valve is installed on the down stream side of the meter-out switching valve.

摘要: A hydraulic system includes a first and a second rotating hydraulic machine, the first and second hydraulic machine being arranged to provide a torque via a common output shaft; a first valve arrangement for providing a differential hydraulic pressure level over the first hydraulic machine by using two sources of hydraulic fluid having different hydraulic pressure levels, a second valve arrangement for providing a differential hydraulic pressure level over the second hydraulic machine by using two sources of hydraulic fluid having different hydraulic pressure levels; and a control unit configured to control the first valve arrangement and the second valve arrangement such that different discrete levels of torque are provided via the output shaft of the hydraulic system. A hydraulic system for providing different discrete levels of torque using one hydraulic machine and a plurality of differential pressure levels, and a method for controlling a hydraulic system, are also provided.

摘要: An apparatus for seamlessly activating an on-demand function related to a fluid-driven instrument connects to an output of control valve regulating system pressure during normal operation of the instrument. The apparatus includes a fluid-operated bistable circuit that is switchable from a standby mode to an actuating mode by a brief drop in system pressure. In the actuating mode the circuit acts on a switch or valve to activate the function. Turning off system pressure to a longer time returns the circuit to its standby mode. The circuit includes a two-port biased actuator responsive to pressure imbalance between its ports, which are separately pressurizable through, respectively, an actuator-controlled valve and a flow control module.
