    摘要: A material handling machine can be operated in a bucket shake control mode to override proportional control of a valve controlling fluid flow to and from a bucket tilt cylinder of the machine. Fluid flow through the valve upon actuation of a tilt controller such a joystick therefore is proportional to actuator stroke when the shake control system is deactivated and is always maximized regardless of actuator stroke when the shake control system is activated. Bucket shake control is activated through the manual operation of a control device such as a joystick-mounted switch. As a result of this arrangement, proportional control valve actuation always occurs immediately upon bucket tilt controller movement in a direction that is dependent upon a direction of bucket tilt controller movement from the neutral position thereof

    摘要: Disclosed is an actuator for axial displacement of an object, including an actuator piston disc displaceable in a cylinder volume, an inlet channel, a first inlet valve body arranged in the inlet channel, a second inlet valve body operatively connected to the actuator piston disc and arranged in the inlet channel, an outlet channel and an outlet valve body arranged therein. The actuator includes an electrically controlled pilot valve communicating a first control pressure to the first inlet valve body via a first control pressure channel and communicating a second control pressure to the outlet valve body via a second control pressure channel. The pilot valve places itself in either a resting state or an active state.

    摘要: An apparatus for seamlessly activating an on-demand function related to a fluid-driven instrument connects to an output of control valve regulating system pressure during normal operation of the instrument. The apparatus includes a fluid-operated bistable circuit that is switchable from a standby mode to an actuating mode by a brief drop in system pressure. In the actuating mode the circuit acts on a switch or valve to activate the function. Turning off system pressure to a longer time returns the circuit to its standby mode. The circuit includes a two-port biased actuator responsive to pressure imbalance between its ports, which are separately pressurizable through, respectively, an actuator-controlled valve and a flow control module.
