摘要: A power machine includes one or more steerable wheels. The wheels are steerable using a hydraulic actuator to drive steering movement of the wheels. The power machine also includes steering angle sensors which sense the steering angle and provide a signal indicative of the angle at which the wheels are disposed relative to a longitudinal axis of the power machine. A hydraulic control system controls pressure of hydraulic fluid provided to the steering actuators based upon the steer angle position and desired change in position over time sensed by the steer angle sensors.

摘要: A method and a control system for supplying a working medium to a hydraulically-operated device. The working medium pressure is adjusted as a function of a control variable provided by a pressure control valve or a pressure reduction valve, both within a nominal working pressure range and also within a maximum working pressure range that lies between the nominal range and a system pressure value. For the same change in the control variable, the working medium pressure is changed by a greater amount in the maximum pressure range than it is in the nominal pressure range. Thus, in the nominal pressure range a precise adjustment of the working pressure can be made, and in the maximum pressure range a larger working pressure adjustment can be made to respond to suddenly increased external forces that act on the hydraulic device.

摘要: A seat valve for regulating hydraulic pressure to an adjustable value comprises: a valve seat located between a first chamber having not regulated high pressure and a second chamber having said regulated pressure with said regulated value, a seat valve closure member movable in said first chamber in relation to said valve seat, and a control piston in said second chamber for engagement at said seat valve closure member, said control piston being located counter to the regulated pressure by an adjustable regulating force. Said control piston is coupled with a position detector in motion transmitting fashion. A signal can be generated by said position detector which signal has a predetermined and essentially constant proportion to the respective value of the regulated pressure within the entire adjustment range of the leakage-proof operating seat valve.

摘要: A fluid pressure control valve for maintaining the fluid pressure supplied to an associated fluid pressure operated device at or as near a selected value as the operating conditions of the associated fluid pressure operated device indicate to be appropriate. The valve comprises a housing incorporating a spindle axially displaceable in a spindle chamber against spring means by the selected pressure, the spring means being arranged to act between the spindle and a movable abutment. The arrangement of the spindle is such that at any given moment the level of fluid pressure supplied to the associated device by the valve is proportional to the spring force exerted on the spindle by the spring means at that moment, this spring force being normally proportional to the selected pressure thus ensuring that the selected pressure is supplied to the associated device. The spring force is also variable in response to movement of the movable abutment, resulting from a change in the operating conditions of the associated device necessitating a change in the pressure applied to the fluid pressure operated device, under the control of valve means, of which the following is a specification.
