摘要: A fracturing apparatus includes: a plunger pump having a hydraulic end and a power end, wherein the power end comprises a power end oil outlet and at least one power end oil inlet that are coupled to each other; a power end lubricating system, including a lubricating oil tank defining an accommodation space, at least one lubrication pump having a lubrication pump oil inlet and a lubrication pump oil outlet that are coupled to each other, and at least one lubrication motor configured to provide power for the at least one lubrication pump; a temperature detector disposed on any one of the oil return pipeline, the power end oil outlet, and the lubricating oil tank; and a control system connected to the temperature detector and the power end lubricating system and configured to control the power end lubricating system.

摘要: Frac pumps have liners for a suction manifold that is adapted to provide fluid to a plurality of intake ports of a multi-unit reciprocating pump. The liners comprise a compressible, resilient body. The compressible, resilient body is carried within the suction manifold. When installed in the suction manifold, the body defines a channel extending through the manifold that is adapted to convey fluid from an inlet of the suction manifold to the intake ports of the pump units. The cross-sectional area of the channel diminishes along the direction of flow through the channel.

摘要: A piston pump and a piston motor are provided. The piston pump includes a cylinder body, a piston, a main shaft, an end cover, and an oil dispensing mechanism. The oil dispensing mechanism includes an oil suction mechanism and an oil discharging mechanism. A roller is mounted on the piston, and the roller is rotatablely connected to the piston. A driving wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and the driving wheel is mounted in cooperation with the main shaft or is integrally formed with the main shaft. A driving groove is formed on the driving wheel, and a roller-path surface of the driving groove is a curved surface. The size of the driving groove is adapted to the size of an outer circle of the roller. The main shaft rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate to further drive the piston to move along the cylinder bore.

A connecting circuit switchably connects pump modules to first and second hydraulic circuit portions to allocate capacity as first and second demands for hydraulic fluid vary. In an apparatus which may have two or more connecting circuit outputs, valves may be controlled or working chamber pumping cycles made inactive to facilitate the reallocation of a pump module from one output to another, and a control strategy addresses pump module allocation when the demands for hydraulic fluid exceed available capacity.

The drive shaft is configured to drive the piston arrangement, and the drive shaft includes a first eccentric. The piston arrangement has a first primary stage piston connected to a first sliding block guide slidably seated on the first eccentric. The first sliding block guide has a main axis, a minor axis, and an inner surface. A first sliding bush is arranged between the first eccentric and the first sliding block guide. The outer surface of the first sliding bush corresponds to the inner surface of the first sliding block guide. Translational movement of the first sliding bush relative to the first sliding block guide is allowed along the main axis and restricted along the minor axis.

摘要: A suction cover assembly for a reciprocating pump includes a suction cover nut having a nut face and a thread configured to threadably connect the suction cover nut to a fluid cylinder of the reciprocating pump. The suction cover assembly includes a suction cover having a cover face. The suction cover is configured to be held by the fluid cylinder such that the cover face opposes the nut face of the suction cover nut. The suction cover includes first and second seals having a leakage trap defined therebetween. The leakage trap is configured to trap leakage pressure during operation of the reciprocating pump. The suction cover includes at least one leakage channel that is configured to channel the leakage pressure from the leakage trap to an interface between the cover face and the nut face.

The face of the compressible seal has a slightly curved, convex sealing surface.
