摘要: The present invention refers to the separation of cellulose pulp into distinct fractions with different draining and morphological characteristics, as well as the use of part of these fractions for the production of nanocellulose. The process in reference combines the unitary operations of fiber separation, thickening to a certain consistency, draining and drying of the cellulosic pulp with the high drainage ability and production of nanocellulose from high primary fines content pulp. The process may consider any cellulosic pulp fiber derived from short or long fiber woods such as Eucalyptus, Corymbia, Birch, Aspen, Pinus, recycled fibers, etc., their residues such as bark, sawdust, etc.

摘要: The present invention relates to an improved method and device for treating biomass in which thermally treated biomass is discharged from a pressurized reactor and introduced into a blow tank and then a flash tank, wherein the absolute pressure in the blow tank is maintained above atmospheric pressure and the absolute pressure in the flash tank is maintained below atmospheric pressure. The slurry of biomass separated in the flash tank is then enzymatically treated. The heat from the thermally treated biomass is recovered from the latent heat of a vaporous aqueous stream withdrawn from the blow tank.

摘要: The invention discloses a method of continuous cooking cellulose fibrous material in a digester, said digester having a top and a bottom. The method of the invention comprises the steps of:—feeding a slurry comprising cellulosic fibrous material and cooking liquor into the top the digester,—feeding a first washing liquor into the bottom portion of the digester, which first washing liquor moves counter currently up through at least part of the digester,—removing pulp from the bottom of the digester,—feeding a second washing liquor into the center of the digester at least at the level of a first screen section,—feeding a third washing liquor into the center of the digester at the level of a second screen section, and—withdrawing the cooking liquor and the washing liquors from the first screen section and from the second screen section, which first screen section is arranged in a lower part of the digester and which second screen section is arranged below said first screen section. Thus, in accordance with the invention, a third washing liquor is added to the center of digester at the level of an additional, second extraction screen section arranged in the lower part of the digester. The method makes it possible to increase the production rate in the digester but still maintain or even increase the washing efficiency.

摘要: A hydraulic drive assembly for a large pre-existing pressurized digester vessel and a method of installation of the hydraulic drive assembly have been conceived. Such a device includes a stub shaft which has a lower end and an upper end. The lower end engages with a hydraulic drive and the upper end is coupled to a drive shaft. The coupling further includes a top coupling and a bottom coupling. The top coupling is coupled to the drive shaft, and the bottom coupling is coupled to the stub shaft. A drive support bracket is attached to the hydraulic drive and then attached to the drive support bracket by at least one sole plate that is fixed to a foundation. The hydraulic drive assembly installation method is utilized when removing an electric motor and mechanical transmission device and replacing it with a hydraulic drive assembly.

摘要: The withdrawal screen section is for impregnation of chips during the manufacture of chemical pulp. Chips are steamed and impregnated in a low pressure impregnation vessel using pressurised hot spent cooking liquor BL. The spent cooking liquor produces most of the steam BLST, necessary for steaming the chips. To reduce the need for adding fresh steam for chip steaming is a first withdrawal section in the impregnation vessel modified to be used both as a flash tank for warm pressurised wash filtrate and improved wash-out feature for the spent impregnation liquid behind the screen in the withdrawal section. The withdrawal volume is arranged with an upper part located above the liquid level LIQLEV of the impregnation vessel. Additional pressurised warm wash liquor REC1 is added to the withdrawal volume and flashed off steam is led in a steam duct to the chip volume above the liquid level.
