An optical lens is provided. The optical lens provides miniaturization and thin size, and reduces the cost and improves productivity by simplifying the structure and manufacturing process. The optical lens includes a light-transmitting substrate with a lens chamber and a fluidic chamber that are connected with each other. The optical lens also includes a light-transmitting elastic film which seals the lens chamber, a buffer elastic film which seals the fluidic chamber, and an actuator on the buffer elastic film which corresponds to the fluidic chamber, and varies the volume of the fluidic chamber to vary a pressure acting on the light-transmitting elastic film.

An image sensor module having a sensor chip closely adhered on a concave surface and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed. The image sensor module includes at least one sensor chip, at least one sensor chip-mounting structure comprising a substrate and a polymer layer formed on the substrate, the polymer layer having an concave surface formed on an upper part thereof by a polymer molding method, so that the sensor chip is bent and bonded on the concave surface, and at least one lens fixed on the at least one sensor chip-mounting structure above the sensor chip.

Disclosed herein is a photovoltaic cell using catalyst-supported carbon nanotubes and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the photovoltaic cell includes a photo anode, a cathode including a layer of metal catalyst particle supporting carbon nanotubes, and an electrolyte disposed between the photo anode and the cathode. The photovoltaic cell is economic in terms of production costs and process steps, and shows improved catalytic activity due to an enlarged contact area and conductivity, resulting in excellent photoelectric efficiency.

Provided is a dispersant including a hydrophobic moiety with a branched alkyl group and an arylene group and a hydrophilic moiety with an alkylene oxide group and a carboxylic acid group. The alkyl group is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 5-30 carbon atoms, the arylene group is a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group of 6-30 carbon atoms, and the alkylene oxide group is a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene oxide group of 2-10 carbon atoms. The dispersant has good dispersibility, and a low residual carbon content after sintering. Thus, a paste composition including the dispersant can maintain a low viscosity and disperse many inorganic particles. Thus, an inorganic device prepared using the paste composition can have a low residual carbon content and a high packing density.

Accordingly, the raw material of the lead element is injected into the container from a rear end of the adjustment member through the center hole, and solidifies into the lead element, and the lead element is supported on the front end of the supporting shaft at its rear end, and moved in accordance with the movement of the supporting shaft. Accordingly, the raw material in melt state can be injected into the container with all the main parts being assembled in place. As a result, the manufacturing process becomes simplified, and the automation of assembly line can be achieved easily.

A numerical aperture (NA) controlling unit and a variable optical probe including the same are provided. The NA controlling unit includes: an aperture adjustment unit which controls an aperture through which light is transmitted; and a focus control unit that is disposed in a predetermined position with respect to the aperture adjustment unit, that focuses light transmitted through the aperture, and that has an adjustable focal length. The variable optical probe includes: a light transmission unit; a collimator that collimates light transmitted through the light transmission unit into parallel light; an NA controlling unit that focuses light on a sample to be inspected; and a scanner that varies a path of light transmitted through the light transmission unit such that a predetermined region of the sample is scanned by light that passes through the NA controlling unit.
