    Abstract: To realize a small-sized analog multifunction timepiece by adopting a fan shape moving hand mechanism which does not use a hairspring. A multifunction timepiece of the invention is provided with a day display mechanism for operating a small hand moving in a fan shape. The day display mechanism is provided with a day indicator driving wheel, a day jumper, a small day wheel for displaying calendar information, a hammer constituted to rotate based on rotation of a day indicator transmission wheel, and a day return spring for exerting a rotational force to the small day wheel. By bringing a cam contact portion of the hammer to a transmission cam outer periphery portion and exerting an elastic force to a return cam outer shape portion by a return spring portion of the day return spring, the small day wheel is constituted to be exerted with a rotational force in a constant direction.

    Abstract: Provided is a light processing apparatus which can judge goodness or badness of small amount and various kind processing, and is useful for small amount and various kind processing, and can realize light processing at an appropriate position in conformity with a state of a substrate, at low cost, and can prevent production of a bad item before it happens, and enables local heating by focusing light energy, and is useful for a processing apparatus such as solder joint or heat processing of resin and a production equipment which used this. A state of an object to be processed enters into an image receiving unit, through a first light path and a second light path. This image and an image which was set up in a storage device in advance are compared, and goodness or badness judgment is carried out. There occurs a change of a point to be irradiated, in an approximately horizontal direction to the first light path, between a case that the object to be processed is in a warpage state, and a case that it is not so. The change is read as a change of an image shooting position of reflected light by the image receiving unit. It is possible to realize error stop of processing, by a level of a change amount, and to prevent processing bad item production before it happens.

    Abstract: A joining equipment in which a neural network is employed for controlling a joining process. A dynamic analog model is used for neuron elements configuring the network. The equipment includes a detector, a controller, and a neural network. The detector detects a joining state of a joining portion when work pieces are joined with each other. The controller controls the output of the joining equipment. In response to output signals from the detector, the neural network transmits signals to the controller. Such a structure allows the joining equipment to flexibly respond to complicated changes in joining states. Besides, using similarity with a thermal conduction equation enables to minimize the number of input items fed into the neural network. Furthermore, using an approximate solution to the thermal conduction equation realizes to accelerate the time for numerical calculation without loss of accuracy.
