    摘要: Discriminative pretraining technique embodiments are presented that pretrain the hidden layers of a Deep Neural Network (DNN). In general, a one-hidden-layer neural network is trained first using labels discriminatively with error back-propagation (BP). Then, after discarding an output layer in the previous one-hidden-layer neural network, another randomly initialized hidden layer is added on top of the previously trained hidden layer along with a new output layer that represents the targets for classification or recognition. The resulting multiple-hidden-layer DNN is then discriminatively trained using the same strategy, and so on until the desired number of hidden layers is reached. This produces a pretrained DNN. The discriminative pretraining technique embodiments have the advantage of bringing the DNN layer weights close to a good local optimum, while still leaving them in a range with a high gradient so that they can be fine-tuned effectively.

    摘要: A siphon drainage type rainfall remote measurement device with self-compensation function is provided. The bottom existence of a rain collection barrel (2) is connected via a flexible tube (14) to the bottom of a rainfall measuring tube (13) to which a siphon (5) is attached. The tube (13) and a measurement instrument (6) are installed on a holding frame (9). The instrument (6) is connected to a pressure sensor (12) and an accumulator (11) at the bottom of the tube (13). The whole device is fixed in an outer barrel (1). According to the pressure of the bottom of the tube (13), the sensor (12) measures the height of the water level in the tube (13) which is directly proportional to the rainfall. The sensor (12) signal processed by the instrument (6) is transformed into the rainfall, processed by a compensation algorithm and sent by GSM or GPRS.

A flow guiding structure defines N channels in the peripheral space for coolant to flow, where N is an integer equal to or greater than 1. Each channel has at least two branches, and N pairs of inlet and outlet corresponding to the N channels. The branches of each channel are in fluid communication with a respective pair of inlet and outlet. Each branch extends over a half circumferential part of the outer surface of the inner sleeve.     摘要: A method for manufacturing a MEMS sensor and a thin film thereof includes steps of etching a top surface of a single-crystal silicon wafer in combination of a deposition process, an isotropic DRIE process, a wet etching process and a back etching process in order to form a pressure-sensitive single-crystal silicon film, a cantilever beam, a mass block, a front chamber, a back chamber and trenches connecting the front and the back chambers. The single-crystal silicon film is prevented from etching so that the thickness thereof can be well controlled. The method of the present invention can be used to replace the traditional method which forms the back chamber and the pressure-sensitive single-crystal silicon film from the bottom surface of the silicon wafer.
