摘要: The present invention is directed to realize high-speed operation and low latency of a semiconductor storage device employing the QDR method. A memory cell array, a first buffer, a second buffer, a first circuit, a second circuit, a first DLL circuit, and a second DLL circuit are provided. The first DLL circuit generates a first internal clock signal so as to reduce a phase difference between a first clock signal fetched via the first buffer and the first internal clock signal transmitted to the first circuit. The second DLL circuit generates the second internal clock signal so as to reduce a phase difference between the second clock signal fetched via the second buffer and the second internal clock signal transmitted to the second circuit. With the configuration, input setup and hold time can be shortened, and the frequency of the clock signal can be further increased.

摘要: A coordinate input apparatus is provided. A photo transmission/reception unit includes a phototransmitter which projects light along a plane of an input region, and a photoreceptor which detects incoming light. A reflector is arranged on a rim portion of the input region, and reflects incident light from the phototransmitter toward the photoreceptor. A detection unit detects a shade formed by the pointing operation of a pointing device using the photo transmission/reception unit. And an output unit calculates a coordinate value of the position based on a state of the detected shade, and outputs information of the coordinate value. The pointing device includes a transmission unit configured to transmit a control signal including information of a unique identifier based on the pointing operation, and the output unit extracts the information of the identifier from the control signal transmitted based on the pointing operation associated with the shade, and appends the information of the coordinate value when that information is output.

摘要: A refresh method for a semiconductor memory device features high noise resistance, lower power consumption, and lower cost. All word lines of one or more memory cell blocks that have not been selected in a self refresh mode are controlled to have a floating potential substantially at ground level. Even when a word line and a bit line are short-circuited, this control prevents destruction of memory cell information, which may be caused by noise, and also prevents generation of leakage current. A fuse, etc., for preventing generation of leakage current is unnecessary, so that lower cost is realized.

A coordinate output form includes at least an absolute coordinate output form in which calculated coordinate values are directly output, and a relative coordinate output form in which the differential values between the calculated coordinate values and predetermined coordinate values are output. The value of the first axis of the calculated coordinate values is compared with a predetermined value. It is determined whether the coordinate values of the second and third axes of the calculated coordinate values fall within a predetermined range. The calculated coordinate values are output in a coordinate output form determined on the basis of the comparison result and determination result.

摘要: The present invention provides a semiconductor memory device in which the number of write amplifiers is decreased by increasing the number of bit line pairs connected to one pair of common write data lines. Further, by decreasing the number of bit line pairs connected to one pair of common read data lines, parasitic capacitance connected to the pair of common read data lines is reduced and, accordingly, time in which the potential difference between the pair of common read data lines increases is shortened. Thus, while preventing enlargement of the chip layout area, read time can be shortened.

摘要: Disclosed are a bipolar battery, a bipolar battery component and a method of manufacturing the same. The bipolar battery minimizes the occurrence of gas bubbles to provide superior battery performance. A battery element has a plurality of bipolar electrodes stacked upon one another while interposing separators therebetween. The bipolar electrode includes a collector formed with a cathode on one surface and an anode on the other surface. The component is a charging part with charging material disposed between collectors and separators to surround at least a periphery of the cathode and a periphery of the anode. An exhaust part is mounted to the charging part to exhaust a residual gas bubble from an inner space to outside of the inner space when stacking the bipolar electrodes.
