    摘要: A composite part program generator includes a computer-aided design (CAD) system interface, a path generator, a course head manager, a post-processor and a machine simulator. The composite part program generator produces composite part programs for use on a multihead composite material application machine, such as a composite tape lamination machine or an automated fiber placement (AFP) machine, to manufacture a complex composite parts, including relatively flat, contoured, or generally cylindrical composite parts. This programming method can reduce the labor and time required to produce a composite part program for a multihead composite material application machine by an order of magnitude with respect to manual or existing automated programming methods.

The liquid crystal television container includes a gate formed at an upper portion of the liquid crystal television container in such a manner that the gate is opened when a liquid crystal television moves upward and is closed when the liquid crystal television has been accommodated in the liquid crystal television container, a door hingedly coupled to the gate in order to open or close the gate, a frame base for fixedly mounting the liquid crystal television thereon, a frame lifting device for moving the frame base up and down, a controller for controlling a height of the liquid crystal television such that the liquid crystal television mounted on the frame base is fixed to a desired position, a driving unit including a motor operated according to a control signal generated from the controller, and a sensor for detecting a power-on signal of the liquid crystal television as power is applied to the liquid crystal television.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an ink cartridge refill system for inkjet printers and a method of refilling ink cartridges using the system. The refill system includes a vacuum pump to supply ink from an ink tank into a cylinder and to forcibly draw ink from an ink cartridge, as well as an air compression pump to generate a compression force to inject ink from the cylinder into the ink cartridge through the nozzle of the cartridge. The cylinder is connected at the inlet end thereof to both the air compression pump and the vacuum pump, and is connected at the outlet end to both the ink tank and the ink cartridge. Both a compression pump line and a first vacuum pump line which pass through the cylinder are connected to the nozzle of the cartridge through an ink supply hose. The vacuum pump includes a second vacuum pump line directly connected to the ink cartridge, as is the first vacuum pump line passing through the cylinder. Both the ink supply hose and the second vacuum pump line are connected to the nozzle of the cartridge through a connection unit. The refill system can regulate the inner pressure of a refilled cartridge by removing predetermined small amounts of air and ink from the refilled cartridge, and can completely remove waste ink from the cartridge at the initial stage of a cartridge refill process when necessary.
