    摘要: A multi-layered bearing having superior load-resistance comprises an aluminium base bearing alloy layer and a backing metal layer. The bearing alloy consists essentially of, by weight, 2-8% zinc, 0.1-8% silicon, 0.1-3% copper, 0.05-3% magnesium and the balance of aluminium. The bearing alloy is subjected to a solution treatment and an artificial aging treatment, and it has a hardness of Hv 70 or greater. The bearing alloy may contain at least one element selected from the following five elements of lead, manganese, vanadium, chromium and nickel, and may further contain strontium and/or titanium and boron. The hardness of the bearing alloy may be Hv 70 or higher by performing solution treatment on a bimetal at a temperature of 400.degree. C. or higher before the plastic working, and further by performing an artificial aging treatment thereon at a temperature of 250.degree. C. or lower.

    摘要: A sliding member excellent in cavitation resistance and friction properties which has a sliding surface composed of a resin composition comprising a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin and a polytetrafluoroethylene having a molecular weight of 5,000,000 to 15,000,000 and optionally a solid lubricant, wherein the proportion of the tetrafluoro-ethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin is 1 to 50% by volume based on the volume of the resin composition and the proportion of the solid lubricant is 0.5 to 10% by volume based on the volume of the resin composition. The addition of the solid lubricant results in an enhancement of friction properties and the use of an exfoliated graphite as the solid lubricant brings about a further enhancement of friction properties.

Therefore, even if the plurality of photosensitive materials which have been subjected to drying processing are held by the photosensitive material holding means, each surface of the photosensitive materials which have been subjected to drying processing is substantially parallel to the dry air from the re-drying section, and the dry air flows between the photosensitive materials adjacent to each other. Accordingly, the photosensitive materials which have been subjected to drying processing are reliably dried again.

    摘要: A copper alloy sliding bearing of a three-layer structure comprises a steel back metal layer of a high strength, a copper alloy layer, and an overlay. The steel back metal layer contains 0.15-0.26% by weight of carbon, and the steel back metal layer has a 0.2% yield strength of not less than 440 N/mm.sup.2. With this structure, even under severe conditions of use in an internal combustion engine of a high-speed design, in which an increased inertia force is applied to the housing, the followability of the bearing relative to the deformation of the housing is enhanced, and the bearing performance such as an anti-fretting property and an anti-seizure property is excellent.

    摘要: An Oldham ring of a scroll type compressor having a swivel scroll of aluminum alloy. The Oldham ring is of cast aluminum alloy and has a pair of projections (a) serving to engage with a pair of guide grooves formed in a surface of the swivel scroll adjacent to a crankshaft. Sliding surfaces of the projections which are to be brought into contact with inner surfaces of the guide grooves are each covered with a metal sheet made of a metal which is different from aluminum and aluminum alloys. It is recommended that the metal sheet has the following thickness (t): t=0.5-2.5 mm, T/20.ltoreq.t.ltoreq.T/4 (where, T represents the widthwise dimension of the projection in the circumferential direction of the Oldham ring). The metal sheet is united with the Oldham ring by insert casting.
